I spend well over 50$ with tips weather it be cash or card .every time I purchase and something is always missing . Today will be my last time purchasing as the driver stated well bring 2 next time I just needed one replaced no refund no nothing . I really enjoy the pizza but I am over the mistakes working in the pizza business and all you have to do is follow directions:(
I'm sure some have had questionable experiences, but I haven't. I always carry out because I'm so close to this location. My pizza is always good and hot. I know they're shortstaffed at times, so bear with them. Quality wise, they're better than the vast majority of pizza places out there. Plus they switched to serving Faygo. It doesn't get much more Detroit than that. It would be nice to see a little rewards or points program.

I'm shocked to see all these negative experiences. We're frequent on ordering and have never had a bad meal. Actually in comparison to other chain pizza companies they're by far better with quality & quantities of items. Keep up the good work Passport of New Haven ???????
