I almost never review chain brands. However, this Subway caught my attention while ordering because the staff went through lengths while I was inside to clean and sanitize everything. I overheard conversations about keeping their store with some Subway rating, and they wanted to achieve a much higher standard. It was good to hear that the team wanted a specific goal, which was to make that location even better. That makes me feel more confident as a consumer of their food. I didn't see "piss poor management," What I witnessed was Megan, the manager going through lengths to provide excellent services all across the business.

The worst sandwich ever!! More bread then anything. I asked for a footlong Turkey Cal club with everything on it. You'd have to eat 3 footlongs to equal a sandwich from anywhere else. DO NOT BLOW YOUR MONEY HERE!

We have never had a single good experience at this subway. Everytime, they hide behind the new shielded meat counter (so you can’t watch them make it) and give you almost nothing, cover it with cheese and pretend like nothing is wrong. It comes from greedy ownership and terrible management. If you do not comment as they make your sandwich, you are getting half the ingredients from other stores. Photo is a “Monster pro” (aka double meat Philly cheese with bacon) also, can you find the cheese? $14 foot long with $0.65 worth of meat/sauce.

Did online order went to pickup had a trailer couldn't go threw drive threw they had front door locked and both employees stood there and put their hands up I explained I had a online order and a big trailer I can't go threw the drive threw. They said we'll to bad. Waited till the 2 people sitting inside left and walked in to wait

Review: New Haven Mi Subway located on 26 mile rd. Awful customer service last night. Came and the lady was rude at the speaker and didn’t hear us. We wanted two subs and a few cookies and easy order to do. Got to the window she said are total we gave her $50 dollars saying they don’t take big bills where’s the damn sign saying they don’t. Then she said it’s card only and we were gonna drive away but we were hungry and everything else in this part of new haven sucks so we gave her a debit card and she throws the machine at us saying please please leave a tip no we won’t because your service sucked and are order was completely messed up th e meat wasn’t worm. Subway needs to close all them down.

Food taste good however what I don't like is a they present themselves as a healthy alternative to fast food and they are not! Thier bread has so much sugar in it, it's closer to cake time than bread

The dude started the order not listening to what I was saying put frozen eggs on the sandwich thinking frozen eggs would cook on the sandwich in 30 seconds knowing he just took them out the freezer.? Subway just lost all business from me and my family .
