Disgusting people. Little girl eating a cookie against the trash can, I walk in and there’s two girls sitting at a table hanging out and eating. Walk up the the counter and one of them gets up and walks behind the counter and tries to take my order. Didn’t wash her nasty hands, didn’t put gloves on. Disgusting. Wouldn’t have paid or finished my order had the location had the food prepped like they should’ve.

The lady that took my order had a attitude and only put 2 slices of meat on my turkey sub if I wanted a veggie sub I would've ordered that Hun... Also the only thing that was fresh was the veggies, the bread was stale and the meat tasted old don't waste your money..

This Subway has been amazing since the new ownership took over! You can really tell the difference, ingredients are fresher, the portions are generous, and the service has been top notch. The staff is friendlier, the restaurant is cleaner, and the overall experience has improved. It’s clear that the new management cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Subway has definitely become my go-to spot for a fresh, customizable meal. Keep up the great work!

This place is under new management. The new owner seems very kind and seems to cares deeply about his restaurant and you can definitely notice that with his customer service and the delicious food. All the employees seem nice and they do a great job at making the subs quickly so you’re not waiting too long! Ive never had a mistake with my sub here either. Definitely recommend this subway at this location!!

I’ve been to this subway a few times and every time I come I try to get something different. Each time it’s been a great sub. Since I get a different sub I’ve been asking the staff for their recommendations and they’ve always been so nice and helpful. I appreciate their patience while working with me. I also noticed the same person working multiple days and when I asked for his name he mentioned that he was the new owner of this place so its nice to see how well maintained a place can be with a new owner. I will definitely continue coming back and trying new combinations!

Places an online order for two subs. Got home neither sub had cheese on it nor where they toasted. Called the store to inquire about what happened and was told that sometimes it hard to see if you wanted the subs toasted. No answer to the missing cheese. Told me bring the other subs back and we will remake them. I'll toast them myself I guess. Thanks subway. Also you owe 4x cheese

i order a ham and cheese sandwich on ITALIAN HERB BREAD toasted..... and recieved a lettuce and bacon sandwich on regular bread... went inside to order and everything and they had the metal grates uo blocking my sight so i couldnt see my sandwich. ordered two of the same and when they were "toasted" they were put in together and came out, surprisingly!! not toasted at all!! awful sandwich will never be getting another sub from here again, considering they make it infront of you and cant tell ham apart from bacon?? and fail to even add cheese.. a waste of time. the subway at 26 mile has a drive thru that ive ordered from and they haven't messed my sub up - but restricting me from seeing the sandwich being made and then making it incorrectly infront of me when they had no one else in the building is crazy. ive worked food and customer service and even i know this is unacceptable. ill take my business elsewhere to a subway with workers who actually listen to the customer instead of throwing whatever they feel like on to a random bread so they can hurry back to their phones :) worst sandwich and customer service ive ever had to be completely honest.

Every single time I call this place no answer but when I walk on in the employee or employees are standing right there. Can y’all stop being lazy, answer the phone, do your job. Seriously because it’s making me mad. It’s making my wife mad. We call to ask about specific things you’re usually out of to make the decision if we are going to eat here or not. And everytime we end up just going in because they refuse to answer the phone, they are out of the veggie we were initially calling to see if they were out of. Wasted gas/trip. Seriously, if the store is open the phone should be answered.

I used to go to this subway about a year ago and it was horrible, but it seems like they are under new ownership and it really shows! I met the new owner and applauded him for really changing the experience up. The place was really clean, lively, and the staff was very friendly. My sub was made perfectly how I like it. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it!

The morning or rather afternoon shift.first shift on deck, is GRRREEEAAAT!! i think i went at 11am upon opening for lunch..was a delightful sandwich..veggies!! All the way!!
