Went in they pretty much rushed threw my order all the meats blocked off so you can't see anything kinda suspicious, so I end up ordering a BLT bc apparently just telling them what you want on the sandwich isn't normal anymore anyway I got my food almost no lettuce had more banana peppers then anything and when I looked at the bacon it looked almost raw and was ice cold didn't even eat bc 9f how nasty it looked horrible in every way 10/10 will never return

Tried ordering food. Worker locked doors and said not taking walk in orders because she was backed up online orders. But continued putting chairs away and walking around the store. It was only 6:40pm when arrived. Very unprofessional

The girl behind the counter at 8:37 on April 15, 2025 was very rude and disrespectful. From the moment I came in she was rude adding items to my sandwich I did not ask for and got an attitude with a smart mouth when I told her. Whoever is in charge needs to handle real fast
If you order in-person everything is good. If you order online nothing turns out right and the lady on the phone was nice don't get the wrong but when I said there's stuff on my sandwich and salad that was forgotten she told me to bring it in... well we ere already eating. So, not a huge deal but I could go anywhere and get a salad or sub that's made right for the money. Unfortunatel, they lost our business.
I used to be a subway customer for 25+ years I got tired of being ripped off by their quality of cheap sandwiches lately, so I took my business to Jersey Mikes a lot better quality sandwiches than Subway.
The girls on the lunch hour crew are the best crew I’ve ever dealt with in a subway. They are fast and they make your sandwich exactly how you want. There’s never a wait on lunch hours because they’re quick.
Disgusting people. Little girl eating a cookie against the trash can, I walk in and there’s two girls sitting at a table hanging out and eating. Walk up the the counter and one of them gets up and walks behind the counter and tries to take my order. Didn’t wash her nasty hands, didn’t put gloves on. Disgusting. Wouldn’t have paid or finished my order had the location had the food prepped like they should’ve.
The lady that took my order had a attitude and only put 2 slices of meat on my turkey sub if I wanted a veggie sub I would've ordered that Hun... Also the only thing that was fresh was the veggies, the bread was stale and the meat tasted old don't waste your money..

This Subway has been amazing since the new ownership took over! You can really tell the difference, ingredients are fresher, the portions are generous, and the service has been top notch. The staff is friendlier, the restaurant is cleaner, and the overall experience has improved. It’s clear that the new management cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Subway has definitely become my go-to spot for a fresh, customizable meal. Keep up the great work!

This place is under new management. The new owner seems very kind and seems to cares deeply about his restaurant and you can definitely notice that with his customer service and the delicious food. All the employees seem nice and they do a great job at making the subs quickly so you’re not waiting too long! Ive never had a mistake with my sub here either. Definitely recommend this subway at this location!!

I’ve been to this subway a few times and every time I come I try to get something different. Each time it’s been a great sub. Since I get a different sub I’ve been asking the staff for their recommendations and they’ve always been so nice and helpful. I appreciate their patience while working with me. I also noticed the same person working multiple days and when I asked for his name he mentioned that he was the new owner of this place so its nice to see how well maintained a place can be with a new owner. I will definitely continue coming back and trying new combinations!

Places an online order for two subs. Got home neither sub had cheese on it nor where they toasted. Called the store to inquire about what happened and was told that sometimes it hard to see if you wanted the subs toasted. No answer to the missing cheese. Told me bring the other subs back and we will remake them. I'll toast them myself I guess. Thanks subway. Also you owe 4x cheese
