To the gentleman in the blue escape who thought it was okay to swear and yell at three young woman. Hope you spill your coffee! 99% of people have never worked in the industry but think they are god. You waited one minute too long and you’re going to be late? That’s your fault! Thanks for the hard work everyone at this timmy hos!

Every time I go through my drinks are wrong, my food is wrong, and the staff is very rude! No one knows how to make the food or drinks correct. I am constantly returning items or asking for a new one.

Waited 20 minutes to get 2 English muffin sandwiches and a doughnut at 11am. Drive thru took precedent over anyone in the actual restaurant and then they were going to let me leave with only two sandwiches, I had to remind them of what my order was and wait another 5 minutes to get my third sandwich. The only saving grace was at least the food was fresh.

I’m a truck driver and recently made a quick stop at your location. I was served by two young staff members who were both polite and efficient. However, I’m extremely concerned about what happened next.

After returning to my truck and unwrapping my food, I began eating and discovered a metal screw inside the wrap. This is completely unacceptable and poses a serious safety risk. Had I not noticed it in time, I could have been seriously injured.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, this incident is alarming and must be addressed immediately. I believe the screw may have come from one of the machines in the kitchen, but regardless of the source, it should never have made its way into a customer’s food.

I expect a prompt response and appropriate compensation for this dangerous experience. I am happy to provide a photo or further details if needed.

I get coffee here every week, and unfortunately every week my coffee order is not correct. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it’s frustrating when you pay for something as simple as coffee and it’s not right. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons, I get it’s a shit show sometimes. But every week, busy or not, my hazelnut shot is forgotten.
