Place used to be great. Can't get a thing right these days and doesn't answer the phone to make it right. Shame. Maybe hire people who care and I'll be back. Terrible.

I get coffee here every week, and unfortunately every week my coffee order is not correct. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it’s frustrating when you pay for something as simple as coffee and it’s not right. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons, I get it’s a shit show sometimes. But every week, busy or not, my hazelnut shot is forgotten.

Hot oat milk latte, consistently delicious. I love that they don't charge extra for alt milks. Everyone is so friendly for the morning rush, a s efficient too!

I just got two sausage egg and cheese croissants there about 1/2 hour ago and thw croissants are burnt. I dont mind a little well done. But these are burnt.

I go to Tim Hortons every day because I work nearby. Today I went and paid with cash. The cashier hand me back my change carelessly as the coin I had in my change fell to the ground outside of my car. I was angry and said you lost my change. The girl at the window looked at me with no response. Things are expensive nowadays I work hard for my money, even though it was about $.45 it still makes me angry. She didn’t seem to care.
Upon approaching the counter, I was greated by their server Siraiya, who I offhand mentioned that I have a milk allergy to and they went above expectations by taking beyond necessary precautions to make sure my drink was completely safe for me.

Consistently inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee is burnt, sometimes it’s fresh. Sometimes I get what I ordered, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes they aren’t. The only thing that is consistent is that I don’t know what I’m going to get. It’s really not worth the hassle.

4 things I wanted they didn’t have. I did order a muffin. And it. was stale .The bagel toast with butter was dry. And had hardly any butter in it. The people was friendly But the food was horrible
