I buy alot of coffee's at once. It really ruins your morning when they can't seem to make coffee the same way every time! Im pretty sure there is an amount of cream/sugar that's supposed to be added to each size cup. Waking up to a cup of pure sugar is intolerable and undrinkable! Teach your employees how to follow a simple equation for cream/sugar ratio per each size cup. I throw away more damn coffee's and waste more money due to the ungodly amount of sugar they add. Someone doesn't know how to follow simple directions. Also, I just love getting coffee that's not full but pay for a certain size. After using 1 cup to fill the other 3 cups, this is what was left in the 1. Do better people. Want $18 an hour and can't even pour/make a simple cup of coffee. The not filling all the way happens ALL THE TIME! I lose 1 entire xl coffee by the time I fill the other 3 up.

Donuts and bagels have changed over the years. Not as tasty or fresh. Lots of coffee drinks now. They are a nice place to stay for awhile and chat

Great staff & friendly people, my only complaint is I order 2 drinks every morning. One with certain syrups, and one without it. They always add the syrup into both of them, because they’re not reading the order properly. Not only am I wasting money on a drink I do not like, but they’re probably doing this to plenty of people.

Tim Hortons on 26 Mile road is fantastic. There was only three employees serving at the time I walked in, while getting inventory dropped off, and a full lineup at drive-thru. And these girls still got me a cup of coffee and three sandwiches out in 6 minutes. Thank you Ladies.

I came over on a quick break from the hospital and the staff were amazing I was greeted as I walked in almost in unison ,( which is a rarity these days) Mac and Ollie were wonderful and quick and efficient and every step of the way tvey had smiles on their faces! To the gentleman in the blue escape who thought it was okay to swear and yell at three young woman. Hope you spill your coffee! 99% of people have never worked in the industry but think they are god. You waited one minute too long and you’re going to be late? That’s your fault! Thanks for the hard work everyone at this timmy hos!

Every time I go through my drinks are wrong, my food is wrong, and the staff is very rude! No one knows how to make the food or drinks correct. I am constantly returning items or asking for a new one.

Waited 20 minutes to get 2 English muffin sandwiches and a doughnut at 11am. Drive thru took precedent over anyone in the actual restaurant and then they were going to let me leave with only two sandwiches, I had to remind them of what my order was and wait another 5 minutes to get my third sandwich. The only saving grace was at least the food was fresh.
