Place is hands down awful by every single means. Wait times are awful. Supervisor Kurt is rude and condescending to customers, I remember him being the same way when he worked at Dunkin across town. He is also rude and condescending to the other employees that work there. I witnessed him being extremely rude to another employee (employee in question was working very hard) over a timeframe issue when it came to having a specific drink the window needed, he absolutely disrespected the poor girl who was working so hard to get drive through and front counter coffee out. This is the same supervisor who then went out to their car, came back, and didn’t even wash his hands before serving customers again. When I asked the General Manager, Emma, as to why they have such a disgruntled and disrespectful supervisor on the floor, I got a response from her indicating that she’s taking what she can get for employees at this point. Which, honestly, concerns me for the entirety of the quality of the entire store down from the cleanliness, customer service, to the quality of food and beverages. Please get this store back in order or close it. Because early in the morning especially nobody is going to deal with the attitude of a measly coffee house supervisor who’s job is to be able to manage the public, and their employees, who clearly cannot handle his position in customer service if providing customer service is going to make him that frustrated that it reflects back onto the employees and customers. I will be filing a formal complaint with the company as well.
