Went inside Wendy’s wanting to order a few items.. I stood at the counter for 7 mins before anyone helped me so I ended up only ordering a frosty.. that then was first made wrong and then I was asked if I would take vanilla because the chocolate wasn’t working after I was charged for it. Fast food places need to get their act together. It’s not fast or convenient at all anymore

Today is November 4 2025 at 11am The people on shift are horrible! The food was complete trash! Asked for a bacon double stack nope no bacon, a crispy chicken BLT nope no B or L or cheese. The nuggets were so hard you could of broke a window with them and the fries were no better. Apparently coming here just after changeover from breakfast doesn't matter, you don't get fresh food you get yesterday's leftovers! This Wendy's use to be good. Such a disappointment

Ordered a burger and the buns were missing. Like how does someone forget the buns out of all things. Might as well close this Wendy’s down it’s nothing but bad reviews all around.

Everytime I come here or order from here you’re out of Dr. Pepper. How are you going to have a fast food restaurant and never have the second most popular pop? And you didn’t even seal my bag. Food was cold not the right pop ever and slow service. The DoorDash person shouldn’t be calling me to tell me you don’t have my pop when you had the order for 10 minutes before. Thank you for making the new one in Richmond my go to for Wendy’s now.

Chili was nasty… sauce was extra thick with no meat. I paid for a bowl of beans. Very disappointing especially sitting in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. Not sure why I had to wait so long with it only being one car ahead of me.

Will not be back got there 2hrs after they opened for breakfast disgusting the pop counter had food and pop rings on the stainless that you could tell have been there for days while I was waiting for food could see more dirty tables then clean ones there were 4 flies by the main garbage at front doors who knows where else the flies have been inside the establishment just everywhere was dirty only positive food was fast workers were nice

This place was disgusting. Food all over the floor, tables were full of food and not wiped down, the workers were so slow, the bathroom was disgusting, and when the food got to us it was cold, and we ate inside.
