I'm generally there in the evening and Food is hit or miss- whether it's messed up or missing all together, UNLESS Michelle is working. I ALWAYS have a great experience when She's there-- she's very friendly and the food is always hot, fresh, and prompt. If I have any issues with an order, she's the one to fix it. Michelle is a great employee, I'm always glad to see her there, I know my food will be correct. She deserves a raise or bonus, as she's kept mine and my family a Wendy's customer, and saved a few friends from not returning because their order was so poorly made. That's what a good employee does and it should be recognized.

I'm very disappointed on how this Wendy's is ran. I went there a few weeks ago for lunch and was told they where not taking orders because they where overwhelmed. There was only 1 other person in the drive threw and maybe 4 people inside. So I left and went to Taco bell. Today we stopped in to grab breakfast. Got home and we didn't get our potatoes. The biscuit and Gravy maybe had 2 tablespoons of gravy on it. The burrito was cold the cheese didn't even melt. Shame on the people working there they are killing the business. You need to send them over to 23 and Gratiot to be trained.

Always had a great experience. Been here a few times for a quick dinner and they've always been good. One time they forgot an item and I reached out and Michelle was so kind and generous. Took care of everything very professionally! They do a great job!

Workers act lost and confused. Can't see my food being made because there is mirrored tint on the drive thru windows. Handed me the wrong sodas. Had to ask for drink carrier and for straws. Asked to confirm if my order was complete when they handed me one bag. They looked really confused but said YES. Got home to find that they only gave me 3 out of 4 combo meals that I paid for. The wrap that I ordered was a joke. It was hard, cold, and falling apart. There was hardly any ingredients inside. I called the manager and she said she was called in to help and train workers. If workers were being trained on how to make food, things should have been really tasty.

I get food from there frequently. They are fast, courteous, and the night crew is very friendly. Especially the lady manager at night. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our order is right. They rock !

Somehow I was able to order a large vanilla Latte on a Sunday ... Then on a Tuesday morning info to order it and they say they don't have it and refer me to Tim Hortons as if they didn't want my business?... Now I may not hav call s it by it's EXACT name... But I know they offer an Ice Coffee of some sort so why wouldn't they just make it for me? Very disappointed and will make sure I do NOT make them apart of my morning anymore even tho Wendy's breakfast is my fav. I'd rather drive to another location...

Terrible place to work for. The District Manager is unprofessional. They are all about their timers and money. Management does not care about customer service, they just want to be rated best. This company could do so much better if they respected their good employees. I loved working for customer service, I've done it for years in RI . I thought it would be a great experience in a new area, but unfortunately I was wrong. The food is never dropped on time or cold because they can't keep employees and we are short staffed constantly, since they get rid of the good ones and keep the ones who want to smoke on the line and text. They will hire anyone, because in their mind everyone is replaceable. But if you want your business to run smoothly and have happy customers, then they need to listen to their employees who are actually doing the job and working to their best ability with what they have for staff and products. Life is too short to work at a job that doesn't respect their good employees. I wish everyone the best that works there now , hopefully things change in the future or this will end up being another empty building soon.

Always out of everything at this location. Placed a mobile order and paid for ranch multiple times and they were out, and same with BBQ sauce. I work at an establishment in the area and this is clearly an ordering issue. Store manager should be paying attention to how often theyre running out of stuff and ordering more, especially when you charge for sauce and ask people if they'd like sweet and sour sauce instead of ranch like that's the same thing. Or ghostpepper ranch instead of barbeque. Etc. 60¢ per sauce that they never have is ridiculous, and it's been the past 5 visits that this was the issue, wnd the visits weren't even around the same week to justify ALWAYS being out. Especially when cashiers aren't telling you they're out, just not putting it in the bag and sending you on your way.

Payed 60$ and asked for it fresh they messed up my order and it was ice cold called and they had an Attitude over the phone when we got there they didnt even let us explain and just grabbed the bag out of my hands and were muttering under their breath and while they were making the food again they were pointing and laughing at me making me feel terrible when they messed up my food and then when they gave us our new food it was still cold and theu messed up my order again and when i asked them to fix my order they rolled their eyes and were all pointing at me and laughing freely and then practically destroyed my food by slamming my food on the counter and as we were walking out theu were throwing their heads back and laughing i have never had such terrible service i felt Humiliated and degraded if i could give this place 0 stars i would
