The best experience in a fast food dine in restaurant that I’ve had an over 10 years. The food was hot to fresh and with the deals that I got I had so much food more than I would get at Kroger. The staff was friendly, polite amazing not even one single complaint not one negative thought not one negative bad feeling they gave me the sauces that I requested. It was such a beautiful experience. I would come here every single time other than Wixom location or any other location.
Next you burn the steak bites to a crisp, throw them out and don't stick them in a to-go order ... thanks for this crap

I ordered through Uber Eats for my senior clients and the Beef and Cheddar barely had cheddar like they took a knife and scraped it super thin on all four sandwiches. Ordered three sliders and the chicken was extremely hard and dried out in the middle. I called to complain and the lady that answered said she made them and they was fine to her..No they weren’t or I wouldn’t be calling tell you to do better. She goes on to say well Uber Eats will refund me. I told her it’s not about the refund it’s about the quality and to do better by paying customers especially deliveries because we’re paying more money out on top of the food prices. So if you feel like uber eats should pay for your F ups? Take accountability and responsibility for your actions because you only get one chance to make it right the first time and put your best foot forward mediocre should not be your go too at 11:30 am DO BETTER AND IF YOU ARE A MANGER, DO BETTER

Tyler & Stacy are doing a great job up there!! The food was so quick & done well & they were so nice!! Service like that doesn't happen often in fast food anymore so it was a nice surprise!
This was honestly one of the worst drive-thru experiences I've had. It was thundering outside, and we were really hungry, making it difficult to open the window without getting soaked. Our order was incorrect, and although we tried to correct it, it still wasn't right when we reached the window. I understand mistakes happen, but what was disappointing was how they handled it.
The manager and staff simply shrugged and blamed us instead of offering to fix the issue. Don't let this place ruin your day—consider going somewhere else.

Guy who was making the sandwiches was very negative, rude, complaining and slamming a metal pan down before he put something in the fryer I felt bad for his co-workers he should not be in that line of work if he is irritated with orders coming in very sad stay at home don't disturb the rest of the world

Arby's has really upped their game. Great selection of various sandwiches including brisket! Cheese sticks, yep! Potato cakes and seasoned curly fries....yes!! Great value and some of the better fast food available. Shakes and cherry turnovers are very good as well. By far the best fast food fish sandwich as well.
