Guy who was making the sandwiches was very negative, rude, complaining and slamming a metal pan down before he put something in the fryer I felt bad for his co-workers he should not be in that line of work if he is irritated with orders coming in very sad stay at home don't disturb the rest of the world

Arby's has really upped their game. Great selection of various sandwiches including brisket! Cheese sticks, yep! Potato cakes and seasoned curly fries....yes!! Great value and some of the better fast food available. Shakes and cherry turnovers are very good as well. By far the best fast food fish sandwich as well.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich meal along with some other items and I get all the way home and get everything out to see that my sandwich isn’t in the bag…. Called the store no answer…. Glad I just wasted money going here when it’s already pricy

Highly recommend for dine in and take out. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Even though they were short staffed, they still got my food in a decent amount of time.
The food is still good the problem is the serving and the cost. You get a 1/2 lb roast beef and it comes on a kid size bun…so tired of these companies tripling the prices and lowering the quality… hopefully these stupid liberals are voted out soon

I don’t want to harm your score but I am slight disappointed, no sauce with French dip. She did ask if I wanted sauce which is on me for saying no, but I was referring to Arbys / horsey etc, of course I wanted the sauce that’s supposed to come with my over priced sandwich. I have worked for your company, you give the au jus dip with the sandwich by default, I should not have to ask for it.
