Bland Philly cheese steak. Cold, stale fries. BBQ pizza just a few squirts of sauce with almost no cheese. Waitress will ignore and never check on you. Have to search to get drink refills. Mostly just a bar... Food was an afterthought and it shows

Not good like Joanna's in Howell. Same menu not the same food. Not fresh like the Howell location. I do not recommend this location. I recommend the Howell location - fresh food great drinks and staff.

Spicy chicken club was a joke two thin chicken Gordon food tenders. No spice no sauce. Bun was huge with no meat.
I've ate here many times and was sorely disappointed this visit.
On a good note the sweet potato fries were good.

I’ve always enjoyed Jonna’s—great service and fresh, delicious food have kept me coming back over the years. I wish this was another positive review about their dine-in experience, but unfortunately, my recent carryout experience was disappointing.

I ordered my food to be ready at 8:30, placing the order an hour ahead to accommodate some company I was expecting. I arrived at 8:29, but when I approached the carryout table, no one was around. Since my name was on the order, I took it and left.

Right away, I noticed the boxes for the pizza and cheese bread were soggy and not even warm. By the time I got home, the hot food was cold, and worse yet, some of the hot items had been placed on my salad, making it slightly warm. It was clear the food had been prepared well ahead of time, disregarding the pickup time I requested.

To top it off, I had tipped $5, expecting the service to match their usual standards. I’m disappointed that the carryout service didn’t live up to my past dine-in experiences at Jonna’s.

I’m torn on my review, but I would caution others to think twice about tipping for carryout, especially if you're scheduling it ahead. The dine-in experience is excellent, but for carryout, it seems best to order only if you're picking it up right away.

So I decided to stop with my wife for lunch. Sat at the bar. At 12:20 pm. Only to be completely ignored by the blonde bartender , that had seen us walk in, sat next to the service stand, with the Pabst blue ribbon sign a bit to the left. She was talking to the person to the right of us. Pouring him a soda from the servers stand and walked right past us again. She never even acknowledged us. Wrong move sister. No one ignores my wife or myself and expects me to stay in a establishment that can't recognize a customer, by saying Hello, or I'll be right with you. Or kiss my ass ,Something! I waited another minute still nothing and we both walked out. What a shame in this day and age with place's struggling for a customer base, especially in the restaurant business. Went across the street to the New Hudson Inn. And was greeted promptly. With a smile, quick service on our drinks. Also our server was Friendly and awesome. The food came out piping hot and delicious. We told her that we had never visited this restaurant and would be back with our friends and neighbors. Had an enjoyable time and would most definitely return. Long story short no regrets for your loss. My money spends very well on establishments that really appreciate there customers. Shame, shame, on the GM that runs this restaurant. Obviously has not taught his or her employees the value of a customer. Well now I figured out why the employees are the way they are, seems that the owners and managers could care less either.

I ended up not eating here because their coffee machine was down. I will try again next month when they get it fixed. 4 stars for now.....Just because it looks like it would probably be 4 stars. Lol

Love it here! My boyfriend and I drove out from Ann Arbor to go to sport horse saddlery and decided to grab some food afterward. Our server was Daniela P (at least according to the receipt lol). She quickly brought out menus, was there the moment we were ready to order. She brought my side of fries out ahead of time and the rest of the food was ready within probably ten more minutes. The Mac n cheese was delicious and extremely filling, I could only eat about half of the half bowl lol. The atmosphere is cute, kind of loud but I don’t mind, it is a bar after all. Very good experience

The service is always hit or miss here. The last time I was there, the server never delivered my kids' dinner. She also never checked on us until it was time for the check. I'll stick to carryout here. The service in house is terrible.

I've eaten here several times, and the food is great. I like the build-your-own salad option.

Suuuuper disappointed. First time dining in, ordered Cobb salad, came without egg, mentored to server who investigated and yep the kitchen was "out of eggs". To be fair I was hungry and said it was OK, she offered to give me a discount but that was not reflected on the bill. Gave them a second try, this time carryout, taco salad and a pizza. My husband had to wait a long time for the "taco meat" which to my eyes looked like a burnt roughly chopped up burger patty, no hint of any taco seasoning so I'm pretty sure it WAS a burger. Also, sadly, the taco salad was topped with the equivalent of about one crumbled tortilla chip, one! Pizza was ok. Seriously disappointed in Jonna's. I gave them a try due to the positive reviews. I would like a refund Jonna's if you respond to these reviews!

My sister and went late Friday night. We ordered a veggie pizza, cheese fries and a wine. The pizza was exceptionally flavorful. The crust was a little doughy but we had them cook it more and the flavor more than made up for it. The pizza was a decent size for the money; it had six square pieces. It was a much better value (and I enjoyed it much more) than the Crisbelli's deep dish! The cheese fries were very tasty and also a decent value. My sister received a generous wine pour and enjoyed her wine. The service was very good. The atmosphere was relaxing. We will be returning very soon!

New favorite date night spot. Pricing is spot on for what you get, delicious, great service, ample parking, easy to move around. Heck, even with the loud talking all around us, we could still hear each other, so props on whoever planned the layout/acoustics of the place.
