Food was cold and undercooked, forgot half of my order

Placed a mobile order at 6:30pm on a Tuesday. Selected “I’m here” and a counter pickup. Unknown to me, they had decided to lock their doors. I then was forced to wait in the drive-thru line after an employee told me that they refused to bring it out for curbside pickup. Literally a half hour passed, almost 40 minutes. I was already paid, the food was already made. Stone cold by the time it got to me. They were probably understaffed, but ya got to turn off your counter and curbside options if you can’t fulfill them. I could’ve been in and out at a sit-down restaurant in this timeframe. Complete disappointment at this location, at least on this day.

Doors locked at 6 pm with a drive thru full of people. Burgers were so under cooked it was dangerous. Double Quarter Pounder fail. Fries were somehow cold even with 15 cars waiting in line. Very disappointing location not worth ordering from.

I have constant issues here. Either food is made wrong, or today they told me they didn't have my mobile order but a half hour later I got a notification it wasn't ready

Everything is waaay over priced. You can go to Leo's coney, be waited in, get healthier food and spend less actually.

Ruby was so caring and nice we got chicken tenders meals and we waited 26 minutes, but she came out and was saying sorry for the long wait and offering solutions she was a godsend we also didn’t mind waiting we were just watching a movie when she came up

Nice folks. Too bad they served me a burger that only kissed the heat. Pink through and through. At this point, just waiting to see if I ate a small enough bite to avoid food poisoning.
I’ve been to this location Everytime and it’s horrible. They cater to only the drive thru while everyone in the lobby stands around for 30 mins waiting on their food.

My daughter likes the fries there a lot I don't eat there a lot myself but my daughter gets french Fry's everyday from there
