Did not get the pita part of my dinner. One and done for the Birch Run location. Never again.

Wonderful service and fresh everything!! They actually really cared for my gluten allergy!

Fast friendly service! The food is great. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We were even given samples to taste to help us decide what to eat.

Thank you so much to Brandon and the team at the Bay City location! We’ve needed fresh Mediterranean food here forever and they absolutely nailed. Traveling for work and getting a chance to eat Gyros and Shawarma all over the country it’s great to have these amazing flavors at home! The kids bowls were perfect size for my daughters with tons of options for sauces and toppings. I had the dark meat Sandweech and it was phenomenal. I will definitely be eating here very often. Keep up the great work and great service!

Why does this Pita Way have large triangular chips for hummus and it’s only 3 chips in a bag? The other Pita Ways have a bag of chips. We literally got 3 chips with our hummus. It’s BS.

this is the way The sandweech is excellent, especially with the garlic sauce and white sauce.

Please put your quesopitas back on 10" pitas. Using these smaller pitas has made this thing a messy pain in the butt to eat. Don't cheap out on your customers; just be good to us. You get more than enough business.

Great food. Like their bowls and fire fries. Great place and food is healthy. Service is on point, always getting our food fast. Not much in terms of ambience to sit down. Always done take away.

Best pitaway I ever been to and the people treat you well like your family

This is the 3RD TIME that I’ve ordered food here, whether online or in-person, where they’ve screwed up my order. I let the first 2 times go, as I should have double-checked the order before I left the store, but this amount of mistakes on their end is ridiculous.

Today, I ordered fire fries but was served only regular fries instead, as well as they didn’t put either of my requested sauces on my sandwich, so it was dry and boring, but I made do.

I was officially fed up when, halfway through eating the regular fries, I PULLED A HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH, WHICH WAS IN THE BOX. Immediately I lost my appetite, and threw the rest of my meal away.

I will NOT be back. I’ve given this place too many chances.
