Food was half cold my cheesy potatoes where hard and burnt and my chicken quesadilla was all cheese and half the cheese wasn’t melted this is the 2nd time in this week will not be back

Every-time I come here, my food is always made correctly, the staff is super friendly, and they always do a great job! I always come to this store vs the store closer to my house!

Seriously after reading the reviews how can you constantly miss stuff in orders! Pulled through ordered 5 things for 3 people. Had to drive all the way around for me to tell them an item was missing and than I heard a worker yell LIAR... I'm like are you serious. The guy who was working the head set was very nice and friendly! But the people prep the food 😕🙄

I don’t normally have an issue at this location but today I was disappointed in my food. I ordered extra ground beef on my Mexican pizza (this is an upcharge) and the meat didn’t even go all the way to the edge of the shell.

Do not go to this Taco Bell. They will promise you after waiting 15 minutes for your order that it will be the next one out then proceed to serve all of the other guests in the lobby who came in after you. They only care about drive through orders.

Called an hour and a half ahead for a large pick up order, go to pick it up, I go in the lobby because the doors are unlocked and the lobby is full of people, to be told the lobby is closed (the lobby was full of EMPLOYEES PLAYING CARDS) with no one working at all. I inquire about my order to be told that HALF of it was made, and they didn't have any chicken or beef to make the rest of it? So instead of calling, they were just going to not make it (they were still going to be open for almost 4 hours at this point), and hope I canceled or something? Then when I said how long for the rest to be ready, I was told 20 minutes, I've now been here for 30 waiting for my food.

Twice now I’ve used the app to order and “they can’t find it” - no “sorry sir” - instead they say it’s my problem…nice service…so I’ve pre paid, trying to save time, and have to wait 15 minutes for my food - not even that busy. What happened to “fast” food….

I came in as a GrubHub driver picking up an order on Wed. Sept. 24 around 6:30 P.M. The gentlemen at the taco assembly station told me that the order would be ready in a few minutes. I waited until 6 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready to check on what the delay was. He said to me in a rude inflection that he has a 27 item order before it. However, that order came in after I arrived. The one I came in for was sent through around 5:56 P.M. Feeling insulted by how he spoke to me, I dropped the order and moved on.
I highly suggest all delivery drivers do not pick up from this specific Taco Bell because of his behavior. This was not the first time this happened, but this was definitely the incident that made me feel like I needed to say something. People's financial and personal safety are getting affected by this store's behavior, and it makes me not want to personally be a Taco Bell customer after the personal disrespect he gave me.

Waited over 20 mins for our food to be prepared. Everything was cold when we received it, we ordered 2 supreme luxe boxes. The soft taco shells were stale, the chalupa shells also stale. Nothing was properly marked. The restaurant is completely filthy, 9 out of 15 have food on the tables, floor and chairs.
