Usually don't do this- however very upset with my order. Here is what I got home to on top of ordering no cheese. An unwrapped taco looks to be thrown in the bag with toppings. The lack of presentation is brutal- cmon guys. Not trying to be that guy but would you eat your food if it looked like this in the bag lmao.

25 minute wait for them to mess your order up and tell you to fix it on the app because your ordered on the app. Just for no response from support on the app for weeks until you call tacobell support and fix it yourself while being on hold multiple times for a $8 refund. Worst customer service in town. Not worth the hassle.
Update: dropped the food from 2/5 to 1/5. still not worth the hassle to go here. They havnt changed the fryer oil in weeks and the fried food tastes non-edible. The store manager of this store should be embarrassed. Its been one of the worst stores since it has opened consistently providing a terrible customer experience and food quality at one of my favorite brands.

This taco bell is usually the better of the two, but both locations need to do something about the oil they use to make the nacho chips. The chips (and mexican pizza) taste awful and smell awful too.

I truly wish I could give this Taco Bell, negative stars. Horrible service, and wait times are through the roof and if you go inside and see how much of a mess is behind the registers is a clear indication of zero leadership and horrible hiring. Not sure if it’s privately owed? If so, the owner should be ashamed of the product being produced here.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in Michigan. How do you get a Doordash order wrong when it says NO ONIONS in all caps in the order? Why does this crap happen everyday with you people? There's no syrup in my drink and the cinnamon twists smell like bad oil. You people need to be shut down. Who owns this place and allows this to go on? Fire your night staff they suck. 11:17pm on 1/06/26. Terrible.

1/3/26 8PM Placed an order in drive through. Get told they can’t type in gift cards so I have to re order in the app. They proceed to forget 3 items on my new order. Cashiers were snarky. Never eating here again

This food. Was the most vile disgusting thing I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Not only that but tasted like strait garbage. This food was not even Taco Bell I don’t know if I have tasted anything like this in my life. It tasted like the food was made in the 1800s. The chips, I don’t know how chips could taste that bad. It tasted like mold was growing from deep inside each follicle of the chips. Deeply disappointed you ruined my night. The quesadillas had no creamy jalapeño sauce on it and no cheese. It was just straight tortilla. I want to find the owner and actually sue him/her. This ruined my week I have no money and this was the last of my food stamps. So upset right now cant even type this was vile. I’ll update you if I get food poisoning!

Literally spent 30$ on food to not get meat and barely anything on the Crunchwrap. Missing the taco that comes with my flat chalupa supreme and didn’t get my 1.00$ sauce cup after waiting for 15+ minutes. Not driving 20 minutes back out of my way to be even more disappointed.
Food was half cold my cheesy potatoes where hard and burnt and my chicken quesadilla was all cheese and half the cheese wasn’t melted this is the 2nd time in this week will not be back

Every-time I come here, my food is always made correctly, the staff is super friendly, and they always do a great job! I always come to this store vs the store closer to my house!

Seriously after reading the reviews how can you constantly miss stuff in orders! Pulled through ordered 5 things for 3 people. Had to drive all the way around for me to tell them an item was missing and than I heard a worker yell LIAR... I'm like are you serious. The guy who was working the head set was very nice and friendly! But the people prep the food 😕🙄

I don’t normally have an issue at this location but today I was disappointed in my food. I ordered extra ground beef on my Mexican pizza (this is an upcharge) and the meat didn’t even go all the way to the edge of the shell.

Do not go to this Taco Bell. They will promise you after waiting 15 minutes for your order that it will be the next one out then proceed to serve all of the other guests in the lobby who came in after you. They only care about drive through orders.
