Everyone is soo nice.
I have a 30 min lunch i work 6 mins down the street, was in their drive through for almost 20 mins with 5 cars ahead of me- the people either need help or need to stop smoking pot. Couldnt even get my lunch, had to order and then drive off because i had just enough time to get back in clock in within less than 30 seconds.
Wasted my gas, lunch and time.
Slowest Taco Bell ever
Was one of two people in the dinning room and it took over 15 minutes for my order. Staff wouldn't even acknowledge customers were in the building. At one point while we were waiting for our order, a woman making orders told a customer to stop staring at her, it wasn't going to make his food any faster. I think I could have made my order better and faster myself. If you don't want customers close the dining room. Try and treat the customer like they matter just a little. Worst Taco Bell possibly ever. Why would I spend money at a place that treats the customer that way? Terrible! If I could give it a zero I would.
Waited for over a half hour for our order. Seemed to be the case for everyone else waiting. No sense of urgency from any of the staff. Will not be back any time soon
It went right thru me and al I had ate was 3 tacos. Now I know why I don't eat there anymore. It has been 15 years probably.
They forgot to give us our cups when we asked for them he had just take a big bite from his food sour cream everywhere and didn’t change gloves and didn’t even put down his food to give us our cups. Very unsanitary and very unprofessional even for a fast food restaurant.
Refused to take my cash for the food. I had nothing smaller than a $100 bill on me at the time. In a hurry between customers at work I drove across the street to get food. Ordered in the Drive thru and when I pulled up to the window, I handed the young lady a $100 bill. She told me that they could not accept that. When I asked why she told me that they don't accept $100 bills. I expressed to her that is the only thing I had on me and that no where did it say they did not accept $100 bills. She yelled back to a manager, and he said "nope too bad" another lady who was working also joined in and said they never take $100 bills they are not allowed to. I took my money back and drove off. After working in this area for 3 years and going to this location multiple times in that time period I have never had an issue. I also have never had some refuse to take money for anything that I am willingly purchasing. I have contacted corporate to let them know how mind blown I am about this whole situation. They have also agreed that is not something they instruct their stores to do. Never have they been told to not accept a legal form of payment and they are escalating the situation up the ladder as they are not pleased with how this happened.

Everytime I place an order on the app for pickup the food is made at the time I place the order not for when I schedule the pickup. So if I order food at 11 for pickup at 12 its already cold before I get there.

Manger yells at new girl then walks off only for another employee to come out and tell the 3 people waiting it’s going to be a 30 plus minute wait after already waiting 30 minutes

Apparently, if you have a DoorDash, you’re gonna stay there for 10 minutes while they hand out orders through the drive-through definitely went downhill since my nephew left
