This store rarely opens up on time. They are just making the coffee when they open and if you like your coffee strong, that's what you will get. I DO NOT recommend you get your coffee when they first open. Give them an hour or so. Workers should be there before they open and coffee should be ready so it won't be strong.

I'm a coffee drinker and I go to tims Hortons all the time e not this location though. I have made 4 orders in 2 week at this location through door dash and the store always cancel order.

The guy that runs this store always seems to say the deals always are ended and charges your full price. Then when you look up and go to other Tim. Hortons, the deals are still valid. This guy's done this to me multiple times

Very rude in the drive thru. The Arabic man just shut the window in my face and walked away while I was talking. Coffee tasted bad and the food was cold I will NEVER come to this location again.

Hate the cardboard straws, would be nice if they didn't shove the drinks out the window with it all spilling down the sides... Just take a second and look before handing it over to the person PAYING for it who maybe doesn't want coffee all over their interior of their car.... This is not an exception usually have to push it back to the person at the drive through and ask for it to be cleaned up it's shocking if it isn't a mess... Look at my other reviews rarely do I give a bad review

Owner is rude. Staff is rude. Maybe that’s why they can’t keep an employee around for longer than 3 days.
They don’t say hello or good morning or thank you. Place is dirty.
If you go in after they are closed you can see how filthy the front window is where they keep their donuts, so I can’t imagine what the back area looks like.

My kids and I were in today, for the first time around 4 or so. We came here from the South Lyon location, after feeling ignored and seeing the woman behind the counter go from texting on her phone for a couple minutes right to grabbing donuts without putting on a fresh glove. At the New Hudson location, we had a very nice interaction with Cole. It definitely made up for experience we had at the SL location. Thanks Cole!

Very rude! Very short with people!! How about a smile or goodmorning or how about have a nice day. They just snatch your money and shut their window!! They one lady is especially rude!! Also I was supposed to have credit for a 1/2 dozen donuts but when I showed up to claim them at 7:10 a.m I was told bye the same rude lady we don't have them..when i asked when they would be ready she snapped at me and said it was to early!! That they just opened..not I'm sorry..not i appoligize..to me if you open at 7:00a.m and you are presenting a menu then those items should be ready to purchase..i called immediately after leaving and the same lady answered the phone i told her how rude she sounded to me..and once again instead of appologizing or taking any kind of responsibility she just kept saying no no no..like saying no she wasn't being rude..probably the same person who gave me the wrong order..I'm not trying to be rude..I just want what I paid for..and I paid alot that day.
