The food at the New Hudson location has steadily gone down over the last several months. To the point of being inedible today. The wings tasted like they were cooked in extremely old and burnt oil and were overcooked until most were hard. I literally had to spit it out! I rarely give bad reviews, unless I feel totally robbed! Wing Snob has permanently been removed from my family's list of take-out restaurants. I'm to tired to return the food. $50 wasted! I strongly suggest management takes action.

Placed an order 2 hours ahead of time and order was still 10 minutes late after pick up time. Wokrer was unapologetic and blamed a big order on being behind. Poor planning. Another 530 pick up was ready 5+ minutes early.

I asked for a fork and they said they were out of them. Employees are too busy on their phones. And then went to go top off my drink before, I left and there was no lids the employee dropped the lids on the ground and then still put them on the stack absolutely disgusting. I normally don't write reviews but this needs to get brought up.

Ordering online is not very consistent. I've placed orders that somehow disappeared and had to be reordered, one that was sent to Texas somehow, and even after 3 phonecalls, they never refunded all the points that I used for that order. Also, unlike other wing establishments, they don't include any dipping sauce with your wings like ranch or blue cheese, even for larger orders. They charge $1.29 for each small side of ranch.

Ordered takeout. Nothing good happened. Wet wings were dry. Blue Cheese and Ranch cost extrra. Carrots and Celery cost extra. Still overpriced even without the traditional standard chicken wing sides ncluded at no cost at normal places. They made a mistake on the order. Manager's solution was that I should drive 20 minutes each way back to the store to get the correct order. No offer of a refund. BAD. BAD. BAD. I'd rather buy wings from a gas station than go back to this clown car of a badly managed mess.

Website doesn't accept credit cards majority of the time, cash is not an option, so ordering online is useless. Orders are frequently screwed up even when ordering in the restaurant. Special requests are completely ignored. Something has gone wrong at this location over the past few months. Underwhelming, overpriced, and not worth the overall hassle in my opinion.
