I treat myself to Biggby at least once a week, typically on Wednesday when they have BOGO. This location started out very slow, as is expected with a new business and teaching new staff. However, in the last few weeks, the Newaygo location has really stepped it up and has gotten way faster with their service and wait time. Very pleased to have a BIGGBY in newaygo , I do a lot of work out this way so I’ll drop in for a coffee and bagel one the way to a job. The staff are always great here and my order is perfect every time

Super fast service, accuracy is amazing, and they're always friendly! I always leave a tip, I read others don't like leaving card tips, but I love it because I don't feel comfortable carrying cash around! Awesome store and I love doing my school work here as well! I definitely recommend, everyone is among here and it's always clean!
