I just ate my first arepa at the Hola Arepa food truck. Phenomenal 😍 The brisket, sauces, veggies, and cheese are inside a crispy cornbread sort of pita shaped vessel. I was dipping the whole thing in the plantain sauce and although I was in public, I entered a flow state dipping, eating, chewy, dropping gaaaaah it was so good!
First time customer today. I decided to go with the Beef Star Arepa, with rice and plantain strips. Overall, everything was very delicious. Will definitely try out other menu items, in the future
Fantastic customer service and food quality! Wedding planning is an exhausting endeavor when it isn't your chosen profession, so landing on anything, especially something as important as what food to serve your guests, is such a relief. You may not have heard of an "Arepa" before, and of course you can Google it, but in our opinion, you really need to experience this food to appreciate it; good thing Hola Arepa has a busy food truck that can be found all summer...
