kentucky fried chicken never disappoints me.. i love original recipe and you have to try the tenders! they are delicious and tasty. the mashed potatoes and gravy is also excellent i like to dip my chicken into them. always use the app because there are always deals and you get points too!

The food is okay when you get what you're ordered I have waited 45 minutes after placing an hour. 2 hours ahead of time I have been sorted and off the service is not very good the employees really need to pay attention to what their job is and it would be much better it used to be one of my favorite places to go now I barely go there

Bathroom smells like crap. Wonder if they ever clean them, staff is rude and they are never really looking at applications and don’t seem to care that there is people who need work and want to work there.

Came in the other day and was “greeted” by a nice lady. Only to realize some girl with reddish hair came from the kitchen area and was giving me the snottiest looks, I wasn’t being mean or rude or anything. But the looks I was getting from her were absolutely uncalled for. I asked the lady at the counter what her name was and she replied with “Emily” get your people straight KFC
10.00 dollar bucket on Tuesday night, it was delicious and they were fast and easy to order and take home

Does not seem to matter what day or time you go to this location, there is always a long wait!!!! Employees are not friendly or helpful either

Only getting two stars because you never can get your hopes high on this place… I absolutely love the nacho fries and since it’s limited time I make sure I get it everytime! They were absolutely cold. I had no issue giving them to my 2 year old but unfortunately they were just so old he didn’t find them enjoyable. AT ALL. Nothing hit the spot whatsoever. Famous bowl? The chicken was not in the serving stage. Absolutely sloppy and it’s gonna be a miss next time.

Mangers and leads are very rude don’t know the difference between customers and personal issues they need better management and need to be shut down kitchen is very dirty and mold growing under the tables in kitchen don’t drink the pop because they don’t clean their machines and or line to the pop
Bags if u care about your health u wouldn’t eat here something need to be done and I had a friend that worked there and said the managers are all friends soo if they don’t like u they call u names like special ed and then team up and fire u
I was just at KFC in newaygo MI. It was so dirty, not a clean table anywhere, ice machine broke,warm pop and one toilet out of order, windows were dirty also. I Can say employees were nice. Wanted to ask if I could clean it up for them but I knew my husband would say no it's there job

Placed a drive-thru order at 6:52 PM, August 02 2024. Took almost fifteen minutes to get our order (2 vegetarian NBG, 2 Pinto & Cheese, 2 Beef and Cheese Gordita, 1 Cheese Quesadilla) and after pulling away we realize a NBG is missing. Lineup in drive-thru is now longer than the first time so we park and I run in to get things sorted. Chaos. Manager is calling to some staff to help Nick at the window because the times are way too slow (no kidding) but the guy at the register asks how he can help. I tell him we are missing an item, he goes to get it sorted and someone making food in the back (in a striped shirt) says “Okay, I’m out of chips on this side.” So cashier guy has to go and get this made for me. Not sure why it took ten minutes, but it did. Line is getting longer and at this point no one is at the register. Two other people have already ordered and are waiting, from the sounds of it it’s been for awhile. Someone else comes out and asks if they can help me. I explain, at 7:13PM, that I’m just trying to get my missing vegetarian NBG I ordered in the drive-thru twenty minutes earlier. Finally it arrives, yay.
Best part? Get home, cheese quesadilla has chicken. Second best part? When I try to give feedback the links on the receipt are for KFC only and when I put in the order info it says it’s not found/not verified. I’m invested now though, so I go to TB to leave feedback. Almost ready to submit and I’m asked for the store location, and if it’s a KFC/TB I now get to be redirected to start again. Zero confidence this feedback will result in anything but decided to leave it on Google too, businesses seem more motivated by negative Google reviews than by a store survey or a customer standing in front of them.
