Food was good but small portions. The chicken legs looked more like chicken wing drumsticks rather than full grown adult chicken legs. They were busy and staff was friendly but took a while to stand at counter before being greeted and served. I think they were a little stressed. Atmosphere was good, clean facility.

Wait time on 3 cheesy gordita crunches and 6 supreme soft shell tacos was ridiculous and tacos were just thrown together. . sour cream at one end and all the meat on the other . And all that for 39.99 was even more unpleasant!! Definitely remembered why it had been so long since I had been there an probably won't be back again....

By far, the WORST KFC Taco Bell I have EVER been to. I have given them several chances prior to writing this review. On every single occasion, all at different times of the day, the wait time from getting in the drive-through line to receiving my order has exceeded 30 mins. Every order has a wait time that in my book is unacceptable. Get your shit together, Newaygo Yahoo l yahoo Bell/KFC.

kentucky fried chicken never disappoints me.. i love original recipe and you have to try the tenders! they are delicious and tasty. the mashed potatoes and gravy is also excellent i like to dip my chicken into them. always use the app because there are always deals and you get points too!
