I became Very sick in December, I stopped in this establishment , To get a replacement Meal & had the best experience ? The owner’s are the nicest people , And they go above and beyond . I am now doing there home program ?? Today was finally my first time going to this location!! Immediately when I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I had great service, great teas and shakes, and a great overall experience! Warming family environment! We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff/owners. Delicious tea and shake flavors. They also offer cardio drumming class right now for free on Monday and Thursday at 5:30. Sometimes that start time changes. The day will to if they cancel due to weather or something. So always double check. Belly dancing on Wednesday.
