Horrible food and service was subpar. They forgot almost 50% of my order, then a worker lied and said she gave me my food when I literally showed them the contents of my bag.

What a disaster. First, it was 5:05 pm, dinner time, I ordered a 12 pc meal, mashed potatoes, gravy, Cole slaw, Mac n cheese. The woman taking the order had no clue how to put this order in. She had to excuse herself at least 3 times and go off speaker to try to fix it. It took more than 8 minutes to finally figure out what I ordered. Then I get to the window to pay. She took my card, ran it and then this guy comes to the window and says, I am sorry but I don't have enough chicken for your order. I said, are you kidding me? He says, it will be a 14 minute wait. I said, cancel my order and give me a refund and my card. Seems every time I go here, there is some issue. I will not be back. EVER

Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy among other things, got home, no gravy. Called, no answer. Website has no option for filing complaint. Going to put a hold on the debit until they fix the bill to reflect their error.

Drove from the job site 6 miles. Got back to work with unbeatable lunch. No utensils nor napkins. Lazy stafd!

Gone down hill , we use to drive from big rapids , because of the freshness. And the friendliness. The last 2 times we got home the potatoes and gravy was gross. Real running and odd taste.we won't go back.

We've been going there 2-3 times a month for a couple of years now. Always great food and super portions. My wife usually gets fajitas and gets at least two, sometimes the meals or if it. If I get fajitas I hardly ever eat more than half of it so it's good for lunch the next day.

Ordered on line and went to pick it up at the time. Of course it wasn't ready. 30 minutes past the pick up time and having to listen to the workers mumble about me complaining I got my food. O and if I hadn't checked the bags they would of got it wrong. They shorted us on chicken. And was going to sent it out anyway . What a joke this place is. How it stays in business is mind blowing
