As long as you have the time to go in and order your sub that's fine. Because if you try to call and order a sub you will never ever get an answer. They never answer the phone so you can pre-order, or even ask him a simple question like do they honor online coupons. But the flavor and the food is still as good as ever. It's just a pain in the ass to order it if you're in a hurry

My husband spent 30 minutes in line 3 people were infront of him when he got in there the girl at the counter was just talking up a storm going extremely slow waited until my husband got up there to tell him he could not use the coupon he had terrible food and experience
I stood in line for 10 min waiting with my paper coupon while the sub maker was chit chatting personal life with a customer who was ahead of me. Stood there for 10 min only to find out I couldn't use my paper coupon. I don't have the app! So I guess there should not be any paper coupons printed nor mailed. Since you can never use the paper coupons at ANY location! DISSATISFIED AND WILL NEVER BE BACK TO ANY SUBWAY

We placed an order online and said it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Went in to pick it up and was told they have to take care of people inside first. While he stood there, they continued to take new orders from those walking in after him. Not only did we wait 20 minutes after ordering online to pick it up, but to wait an additional 25 minutes before he finally was able to get his food!! This is horrible service!! I guess our $20-$30 orders mean nothing. If your going to accept orders online, then be sure to honor the time it says it will be ready!! Won't order from here again. Jimmy John's is just down the road.
