Wow, amazing small business. I go here frequently for my morning coffee and am always impressed by the exceptional kindness and attentiveness of the staff, as well as the quality of the coffee and food. The menu is interesting and varied; the employees personable and thoughtful. It has a nice, warm atmosphere, good music, and is often bustling and full of life.Here is a haiku I wrote:Dirty chai, babyWow, that is very tastyYUM YUM YUM YUM YUMMy coffee was mostly foam this morning but frankly it could have been all foam and I wouldn't care. Awesome place with good people and good stuffs. I'd donate a kidney to any of them.This is my first time writing a review. This place deserves a good one, and you should try it.

I have brought several friends here for meals since I found this place. The food is excellent in taste, freshness and quality and I already have menu favorites. The Caprese Toast and the pesto chicken pizza are mwah (Chef’s kiss). The teas are delish. Haven’t tried an adult beverage yet but that’s next. I have high expectations. A+++ Checks my boxes!

As a rule I’ve been pleased when just purchasing a Chai or speciality drink. However, the issue comes when adding avocado toast or another simple food item. Mistakes happen, I understand. I’ve discussed with the owners from time to time and have received an apology. After yesterday there have been too many errors and an apology is no longer enough. Sometimes an apology AND a store credit, refund, or a remake would be a decent gesture for someone like me who has continued to patronize 2nd & Main (even after several significant errors). Those simple gestures have never been offered.

Ordered a pecan maple latte and a match chai while I was there. The latte was fine but didn’t taste like much outside of espresso and milk. Matcha chai was good. Was there for about seven hours to do school work and the WiFi was strong and the window I was next too was great atmospherically as I could watch outside while doing work. Very cold in there but that might’ve been me being next to the window. It can get kind of loud in there when it gets super busy but hey that means good business!
Honestly I rarely do reviews anymore but, I definitely would give this place above 5 stars if I could, I drove from Greenwood. IN for a mini vacation in Niles and this was one of the places I stopped by on my trip, would definitely come here again, the smoothies were great, the smoothie bowls were also amazing as-well as the coffee, I would recommend this place to anyone and shout out to the wonderful lady who gave me a lot of granola for my smoothie bowl ?

This place is amazing. Highly recommend the breakfast toast on sweet grain bread and the latte flight is so much fun. However, be prepared to have the caffeine shakes for the rest of the day LOL. So good. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options that are all delicious.
