Small local brewery in downtown Niles. The normally have 15-16 of their own beers on tap many of which are sours. In addition to their own beers they have a full fridge of craft beers from around the area. Friday and Saturdays they serve hot dogs and brats. They also allow food to be ordered in from elsewhere. Staff is always friendly and personable.
This is a great place to go if you are new to the beer scene, especially if you have a sweeter palate. It feels like you're going into a bar but it's actually a brewing company. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the food, save the pretzels and beer cheese because BEER CHEESE! But the beers are unique in that they tend to lean towards a desserty vibe. Solid service, tasty beers. They also had a food menu, but we didn't try any as we just recently ate but it mostly consisted of bar snacks and hot dogs and such. They also have a slew of board games to play. All around a fun little place in the heart of Niles.
