We’d never been to a firehouse subs before, and were looking forward to trying it. We came in and ordered 4 subs, 3 of them we asked for them not to have certain ingredients. Every single one of them was made the “normal” way, not the way that we asked. The receipt I was given and the kitchen ticket that was taped to our to-go bag showed the order correct, but the kitchen completely ignored the modifications.
