The food was good, and the service was quick (about 5 minutes) The building was empty when we arrived at about 1pm on a Friday. Only three other ppl came in while we were there. My wife said we should have gotten soup with our meal but didn't. I didn't speak with staff about this because we had already left. Not bad if you want to grab some good food and go. About $24 for two of us. Didn't see public restrooms and drink selection was minimal. Only small bottles...
Take out or no frills dine-in location. Giant high power woks in the kitchen produce great stir fry and the fried rice is excellent. Adds wok hei, a smokey toasted flavor you won't find everywhere!
The food from Hot Wok tasted amazing! I enjoy Chinese carry-out. There was so much flavor in our food. It was better than my favorite Chinese restaurant back home in St. Louis, Missouri! We definitely plan to stop here on our next visit to Michigan. Generous portions, too.
