“We went through the drive through tonight and while checking our bag to make sure we got all of our food we noticed we were
missing a burger. I was about to walk inside from the drive through waiting parking spots when Hayden appeared holding the missing burger. After dropping off our food she realized we were missing a burger and ran out to bring it to use before we left. She apologized repeatedly but I feel like she didn’t need to because she solved the problem before I had to. The food was really fresh and delicious,

“2 options: hand scooped (by store worker) or frozen yogurt.
The frozen yogurt you pay by the size cup desired, then add whatever flavor frozen yogurt and any of the toppings you desire from a topping bar. Can be very fun for kids!
The hard scoop ice cream, you pay per scoop then any additional toppings are $1 each.
Seems like several folks were confused by the organization/pricing scheme as the signs for the yogurt are in the back and then there is a hard scoop ice cream freezer midway in the room. Just a suggestion, the business could outline all the options/pricing on a sign (larger than 8.5x11 please), or instruct who is working to greet customers and let them know they have 2 options and the associated pricing. I think this would go a long way with the shop and experience, as we were helping other customers understand the layout as they arrived as well.“
