The food was very good overall. The cheese curd appetizer was definitely 5 stars. Downside, Dessert wasn't offered and the Check was delivered in the middle of the meal.

Strike 1 they don’t serve beer ( ok they are a distillery ) but they should at least serve SOME ? I got the Arnold Palmer type of cocktail, it was basically a watered down Arnold Palmer, strike 2 ,food was just “ok”, we sat upstairs , my wife got a Diet Coke , they had to run downstairs every time to get it , not a good set up , you would think they would have some at the bar up there ? Strike 3 , terrible parking.

The food was amazing, however the service was HORRIBLE, our waitress was maybe mid 50s, short, skinny, grey hair. She never interduced herself. she was INCREDIBLY rude. Never brought us refills or napkins when asked MULTIPLE times. as someone who used to serve as did my husband we have no idea how she is employed. HORRIBLE

Took over a hour to get 2 burgers. Place was not very busy. Order came out wrong. The truffle fries should have been called truffle crums. Burger was nothing special. Service was ok.

Stopped in today our bartender Mason was very personable and made some great cocktails. We definitely will return. We bought a bottle of rye whiskey and amber rum, both our very good.

Food and drinks were amazing! Had seen some good reviews and thought it would be worth checking out, and that was an understatement! Everything we had was top notch!
Went here on 4/18 with a group of 4 for dinner. We arrived at 6:30 and were seated immediately. The place was fairly full but there were still a couple open tables. We were there for 10 min before our waitress came to the table. She brought us ice water in plastic cups, which we didn’t think much of until we realized the rest of the restaurant had real glasses as well as straws, which we did not receive. She asked if we wanted to order drinks, and before any of us could respond, she said in a very rude tone, “ANYONE?” We ordered two cocktails, a Coke and one of us asked for just lemons for her water. The waitress, again, was very rude and barely said anything after taking our order. When she brought the drinks back, about 5 min later, she didn’t say a word and practically threw them at the table, and left without asking if we wanted to order food or checking if we needed anything. She never brought the lemons. After 20 more min, while we watched her go by and talk to other tables repeatedly, and take the order of a table who came in 10 min after we did, she finally came back and asked if we were ready to order. We politely asked if we could just get the bill and left. Now, I’ve been to Iron Shoe before and the service has been a bit slow but NEVER like this. The food is generally good and we were grossly disappointed since we had brought friends with us to try it for the first time. The worst part of the whole ordeal was that the waitress was interacting with other patrons in a fairly normal manner while she treated us like garbage. I get that people have bad days, and I try hard to give wait staff the benefit of the doubt. But this was unprofessional for no reason we could see. I doubt I will return.

Had such a fun time at the bar with Katie, Christine, & Diana. We came in to see Ms Paula but she wasn't working. These girls are great!! So much fun, lots of laughs, amazing drinks, and yummy food. 🤍
