This place is stupidly slow, coffee and drinks should not be taking 20-30 minutes for 2 drinks. if you ever plan on being somewhere within an hour, don’t go to this bigby.

Awesome customer service at this location but Biggby is extremely overpriced. It seems like every time I come the prices have gone up. I can't afford to come here anymore. Bummer :(

Went and ordered a buttercup latte and was told they don’t have one …. The latte I did get was not good or a full cup and they left the whip cream off so that was disappointing…they do have the buttercup latte on a “secret menu” online just a shame they don’t know what drinks they do offer and what ones they don’t

I visited Biggby Coffee for the first time this morning with my mom. I ordered a Cookie Butter Latte, but it tasted extremely strong and unpleasant. When I politely asked if it could be remade, the employee rudely refused and told me to come back next time. I was shocked by the poor customer service and won't be returning. The way she treated me as a customer made me feel sad…

Went inside to order a coffee and a red bull infusion, took about 10 minutes and got the wrong Red Bull infusion and the wrong size coffee. Workers didn’t seem to care very much about the timing.

I gotta say they have gotten better at this location from when they first opened but have been here numerous times about an hour before they close and they always say they can't make any more frozen drinks, and one of my last times going to this location I complained thru the drive up speaker about them always saying how they're out of frozen drinks and when I got up there to get my drink the girl with the cow ring in her nose just didn't want to hear it I mean I definitely wasn't raising my voice or anything I just wanted to say something about all there excuses but when I got my drink that was really cute how sticky the 24oz. Cup of my frozen mocha was have never ever at any of your locations gotten any drink that I have to say was purposely done like that and I can definitely say they knew exactly what they were doing.

Please train your staff to alternate in customers who walk up to the window to order. They frequently have to wait after ALL of the drive-through customers. It’s frustrating.

I LOVE Biggby but this place is ridiculous. Tried to order two frozen drinks and the barista refused because they use too much ice...lol. They're literally 200 foot from Meijer....lazy and unprofessional.

The best Biggby in all of Muskegon! Always awesome workers at the window, their drinks are always delicious! It is small though, so I think naturally the line goes a little slower. This is a super popular location though, the locals don't seem to mind to wait one bit, and it's worth it!
