We came in for a couple of breakfast sandwiches. They asked our order and even asked my wife if she wanted cheese, which we said no. We get cheese anyways. I take it back in for them to fix the sandwich, and then they made it without cheese, but added green peppers and onions. I'm beyond confused on how they can't get the order correct when they asked us two different times now. Then they complained loud enough in the back while making it so everyone in the dining area could hear. I'll never be back here.

Came on my birthday for breakfast. Rudest customer service! Energy was terrible.

Got 2 hot chais one with brown sugar and expresso. She set both drinks down, I started to ask which was which and she cut me off saying they're marked, quite rudely. No one behind us at the time. And we had to really stir the chai, it wasn't dissolved so lots of floating dry chai. Not impressed. Sunday 1/18 at 3pm.

My drink has no Carmel flavoring it tastes like milk and coffee. The Brooklyns on Henry actually make the coffee right I get the same one there as well.

Don’t waste your money! I stopped in this past week for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese & it was in the early afternoon . I was the only customer there, paid at the window and it smelled like something was burning. I pulled away to head home and when stopped took out 1/4 of sliced bagel and saw the edge of a charred bagel! At first it looked like it was around the edge but as I took a bite I realized the entire bagel was charred, there were actually chunks of charred material the young girl had actually smeared around in the cream cheese on top of each 1/4 of the bagel! I was tired and well on my way home, but I tried to call once I got home and the voice mail is conveniently full. I just really want to ask that young girl if she would like to eat that? She clearly knew it and didn’t care, I won’t be back.
