Please get your orders right. There is nothing more annoying than paying all this money to go home and the order is not correct with missing items. Definately paid for as it is on the receipt.

update: five years later and they're still terrible. i went back in because they forgot the lettuce i ordered on my double cheeseburger and I got sass because they didn't see it on their screen. i offered to bring my phone inside so they could see my full order and this man got upset and just told them to remake the whole thing 🙄 when he could've just apologized and handed me a cup of lettuce. i wasn't after extra food, just for my food to be right in the first place.
(05/2020)my mom went here and ordered an impossible burger because shes a vegetarian. she got it and there were 2 impossible patties, BACON, ketchup and mayonnaise. when she returned it, she asked if she'd ordered it wrong because she's ordered this burger several times before and they said, "oh sorry, we didn't know how to make the impossible burger. we had to look it up."

Where to start.. today I went here with my sister again and this will be our last time here, why.. because 3/5 of our times here were beyond horrible. Today I ordered the Swiss melt combo meal and my sister ordered a chicken wrap, fry and double cheese burger. We got was a cheeseburger and a mix of a whopper Swiss burger. The fries were so bad we couldn't finish them and her burger was cold and not a double cheeseburger and my mushrooms and patty was so cold I wondered if they even cooked it. When I tried to inform them on it they made it sound like it was my fault and wanted to charge me to fix their error. This wasn't the first or 2nd time this has happened. I do NOT recommend this place at all, I know understand why McDonald's across the street is always busy.

Took 35 min to get order. had to go threw 2 times and I just asked for 2 med fries and sauce. fries were already made could see them but took 20 min to get to car, kinda crazy then 15 min to just get sauce cause it was forgotten the first time I would not go to this one at night way to slow.

This burger king knows exactly how to treat their customers,clean environment,friendly staff and speedy service as well as delicious food!
Ask for NO MAYO every time and they put mayo on BOTH BUNS EVERY TIME! It wasn't even on the receipt this last time, which is definitely the last time I waste money here.
Dietary restrictions: Cannot eat MAYO and they put it on every time when I ask them not to.

I ordered food from Burger King I asked for my onion rings to be freshly dropped manager said they were anybody who knows anything that comes out the grease is too hot to hold in your hand but he swears up and down they were freshly cooked. I tried to give this Burger a second chance after the screwed up my order last year. THEY WILL NOT GET A THIRD CHANCE. NOW I understand why there never in customers at this location now. They used to be the best BK. This staff sucks!!!!!
