Took 35 min to get order. had to go threw 2 times and I just asked for 2 med fries and sauce. fries were already made could see them but took 20 min to get to car, kinda crazy then 15 min to just get sauce cause it was forgotten the first time I would not go to this one at night way to slow.
Who is still giving out sauce packets instead of having mustard in bulk to put on burgers? Opened up my burger to add the sauce packet, go to reach for the packet and down goes the burger to the floor of my car. So no lunch and no packets either. We're post covid order some mustard.
Had best experience at this location. Person name Felicia as the cashier she was greeted us and welcomed as and did the order with very happy face. It was very rare at the bk location. Workers like this make a very memorable experience. Kudos to the cashier and all team. Everyone worked as a team.
