When I go to this location in the morning (I don’t go later in the day as much), they get through the line fast! Christopher is usually taking my order and he is polite and thorough! The food is always hot and quick. I usually don’t go inside, so I can’t really rate atmosphere.

I come to this location atleast once a week, been doing that for a little over a year now. I always come in the mornings before work and I have to say that your drive-thru employee Chris, he's a older white gentleman, is the absolute BEST. He greets me warmly everytime and besides the coffee I get, he definitely helps get my day started on a good note. Very few times have I had an issue with my order but when it does happen, Chris is sure to take care of it for me. I appreciate you Chris! Give that man a raise and promotion.

It is. McDonald. Consistent mediocrity. That is not meant to . be a criticism. The technology at this location is Lsignificantly flawed. It seems there should be a rotating service between the two drive through lanes. For whatever reason four cars in the outer lane were served since I pulled up to the inner lane. Clearly something is broken with their process. I understand they may be short handed or have trouble getting H good help, but this is a process issue that someone needs to recognize and fix.

The drive through wasn’t flooded but after ordering my wife son and I sat for about 15 or so minutes after paying waiting for our order and the window operator had the nerve to be rude when we expressed our concerns
We ordered breakfast today and got 2 sausage biscuits w/egg and chz. Well, the biscuits were way over done, the sausage was burnt and the egg way dried out. It was a great thing for me though, it reminded me why I switched to Burger King 5 years ago!

(8/10) My sons and I stopped here during our morning bike ride. They were pretty busy with drive through customers. The dining room wasn't full at all. I placed my order at the kiosk. There was a gentleman already waiting and there was two people waiting to place their order at the register. I guess they'd been waiting a while for someone to take their order because they just left without placing an order. They gentlemen who'd been waiting for his order said to me that no one ever greeted them. As if the expectation was for them to use the kiosk. I asked him how long he'd been waiting. He placed his order online 3 mins before arriving and had been waiting somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes for his one sandwich order. His order came 2 minutes later. In all I had to wait for about 7 minutes for mine. I'm that time since I entered, no other customers came in to place orders. All this to say, you might be waiting for a bit when you come here on a Saturday morning.
