Store management needs a lot of work in their communication skills over the phone. Order the pizza online picked it up got home found out it was wrong called the store. The manager told me I was wrong and I didn't know what I bought and then hung up on me.

BBQ wings had little sauce. Wouldnât recommend. I called to let them know and they wanted me to drive back to the store to get more sauce. Not the best customer service

Big miscommunication when I called them and asked about the free kids personal pan pizza from the libraryâs Summer Reading Program. They said they accepted them but then when I went to pay, they wouldnât take them but offered me 20% off. I wasnât going to argue so I just paid for them even though it was suppose to be free.

My food arrived a half hour after the scheduled time. It was cold and was all over the box. Had to microwave it to eat my $46 order. I called the restaurant and the mgr was on another call. I left my information and said that I would like to discuss my order. I am still waiting for a very unprofessional manager to call me back. I guess Pizza Hut dont care about my business, they already got my money.

We like the bread sticks better at this Pizza Hut so even though we have a Pizza Hut in our town we drive north. However the reason I am writing in, is because of the staff. Mainly the manager Micheal. I think he has super management skills. A delivery went bad. He didnât embarrass his employee, when he returned. He told him that something went wrong. The driver explained himself, Micheal patiently listened. He calmly spoke to his employee, wasnât ridiculing, didnât raise his voice, it was just â OK TOMORROW is another day and we will figure things out. You get a good nights rest and we got this tomorrow!â Kind of inspiring talk. I will be back to the north Muskegon Pizza Hut again soon. I like to see managers still have the authority but knows how to keep it professional and pleasant for the workers. Thank you North Muskegon.
