Very disappointed in Granite City in Northville and the manager Brian. My husband picked up our dinner we both got a ribeye dinner and I got fries. My fries were mixed in with my steak and asparagus (not sure why they didn't separate the fries) and when I got home My fries were soaked in the juice from the steak, which made them mushy. Needless to say Brian the manager who wasn't that friendly offered to take 2.99 off our credit card or drive back up to the restaurant to pick up more fries. I asked him for the inconvenience can you do something else, and he replied he can only take off 2.99. I'm definitely not trying to get a free meal but I wasn't able to enjoy my meal and he could have shown a little more compassion.

We read reviews before dining here, and went in with low expectations. We had a very nice dinner! Started with a slight issue. We had a 6pm reservation. Arrived early and they tried to seat us at a horrible table in an overflow space right on the edge near the kitchen. We walked past several clean and open booths on the way! So we ask to be seated elsewhere. Once we were moved to a booth it was all good from there on out. Our server Leslie was friendly, helpful and attentive. We got the Meatloaf and Peppercorn Bleu burger. The food came quite quickly and it was all hot and yummy. We will definitely be back.

The Bison burger was really good! I added Blue cheese and it popped with the flavors. The French onion soup was very cheesy, but not a seasoned as I was hoping it would be. The Buffalo wings appetizer was good. And I always enjoy their dressings. They are always tasty and full of flavor.

Alfredo was bland, chicken dry. Hamburger came out after I finished my food. My Alfredo didn't even have the garlic bread that it said on the menu. I won't be back, the food isn't good. French onion soup was also bland.

My Family and I visited this location Over the weekend. I have been to the location in Naperville, IL and it was great. Unfortunately, it was not the same experience at this location. The food lacked flavor this time. Our waitress was very nice and got everything correct, however she was hard to find at times. The one highlight of this visit was the Brussel Sprouts appetizer. They are very good.

No complaints about the service. However, the food was a Huge disappointment. I ordered the shrimp tacos; looked great in the picture. They were 3 TINY heavily breaded pieces, couldn’t even taste the shrimp (if there was any!) BYW: Does not look breaded in the picture or in description. My friend order the Fish & Chips; 2 very small portions of fish accompanied by a handful of fries and a small amount of Cole slaw. Way overpriced on the food. This place is for the beer, only. Disappointed.

Been here a few times and it never fails to deliver. Jambalaya inspired this review...it's perfect. Adam took good care of us. Pretzels with mustard and cheese were very authentic. Baja tacos and dry rub wings are two other highly rated items in my opinion.

Enjoyed having breakfast at this location. Our server was amazing. She made sure we had everything. Very attention to detail. The food and atmosphere was amazing overall. Thank you Cierra for giving us a great experience, we will return.

Very nice atmosphere and location. They did well with working with our large group. However, food was not very good (I had the Idaho Nachos), and it was very expensive. Portion sizes were small too.

I had an opportunity to dine here with my colleagues for an evening of apps and drinks. Our server Sierra/Ciara was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, attentive and ensured that out every need and concern was met. She was AMAZING!!!! 10 out of 10 will be coming back.

Dietary restrictions: While my colleagues enjoyed the wings and raved about it. I had the Buffalo shrimps and the salmon.

This has been a go to restaurant for our group until this week. We got a text for a free entree when we spent $5 dollars. Well that’s easy to do. But they don’t tell you that the flatbread is an appetizer. Not stated on the menu. And they don’t tell you that you can’t order a Thursday special AND get the free appetizer. But of course the wait staff doesn’t say anything. Just tell me upfront like it is and I can deal with it. Sure didn’t expect the bill we got. Make sure to ask lots of questions!!

I had higher expectations about this place. My husband and I went out for dinner, but we had a very disappointing experience. First, despite the restaurant being empty, we were seated all the way to the back in a corner, jammed next to a table with about 10 teenagers, and an area with dirty dishes and brooms. My husband ordered one of their house beers and I ordered their house hard seltzer. Both tasted like watered down fountain drinks. We ordered boneless wings and the chicken tasted old and chewy. Megan B our waitress did great and tried her best but the place and the experience was definitely lacking.

I asked the waitress if we could order off the menu instead of the buffet and she said no. She than gave menus to the table next to us. I would of preferred the menu due to quantity of food and price. It would of made our bill cheaper. We did enjoy the food from the buffet and they were great with my friends allergy.
