We went to the kimchi box plus in Northville on December 22, 2025 and had a great experience. We had four adults three children. The staff was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable because of the ventilation system there’s no smoke that you normally get from cook your own barbecue. The food was excellent, especially the kimchi special kimchi rice a very nice experience.

I went in Monday. Plenty of seats were available. I ordered the royal bulgogi box along with a cup of hot tea. The dish came in a big bowl. The rice, noodle, and bulgogi were very good. The 4 side dishes are typical Korea's traditional. It's a very good value. Service is a bit slow. I'll visit again if I am in the neighborhood in the future.

10/10 recommend this place!! It was not packed & got a table right away on a Friday at 8pm. (Although reservations are available online!) Service was quick & the servers were so kind & helpful! Ordered our 2 beers on draft & combo A right on the iPad. Food was so yummy & there was so much of it. We left with some leftovers & full bellies. Will definitely be back!!
