It's a coffee drive through so atmosphere does not apply. I get the boba drinks with my friend. It has become our thing when we get together for adventures. Love the popping boba.
The drink was amazing! The service however was unacceptable. Those girls are being pushed to their absolute capacity. Staffing only 2 people on a Sunday morning is DIABOLICAL. Whoever the staffing manager is needs to work one of these shifts and then put a third on AT LEAST. This is not the Biggby way and most importantly is unethical to the baristas being slammed and persecuted for being slow when in reality they’re being set up for this every week! Very upset as a former biggby...
We had a Barista yesterday that was an absolute joy to be around. She made our day and was very helpful with plenty of cheerfulness. I didn't catch her name but she was there at 5pm on 10/20/23.
