“On a weekend getaway we had dinner here, and when I say that the food was delicious believe me! The owner made us feel special with her humble kindness and genuine attention. Not only was she hands on our waitress was very instrumental on helping us decide on what to eat. If you ever go to Muskegon or if your passing by please stop you will not be disappointed. “Stopped to get a quick bite to eat . Walked in to a friendly smile and welcome.. There is plenty of seating and open area.. I had broccoli and cheese soup. 1 of the best that I have tried in a long time... I ordered the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy.. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The mashed potatoes were hot and delicious. He had lake perch, which was crispy breading and not overcooked. He picked mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, which was really good 👍..... We didn't have room for desserts .. They have plenty of dessert options and desserts to go... You will not be disappointed if you stop for a bite to eat...“

“I have been working in Grand Haven for 4 months now with a group of 4 guys. We have eaten here once every other week and have had only great meals! The food and service are excellent! It's a hidden gem, and you Grand Rapids people have got to get out there and try it! p.s: The chicken and sausage gumble and shrimp pullboy are to die for!“

“This is a favorite of ours to eat. Great food & reasonably priced. Each staff member is wonderful. Each time we have guests from out of town they always want to go back there to eat. Only one problem. They're not open at the evening dinnertime!“

“The service was great I wouldnt ask for more me and my fiancee was eating there and I seen something on my fiancee plate like the plate was dirty so I called my waiter (Nick) over and I told him I was like it looks like my fiancee plate is dirty is it possible for me to get a new one . He said sure I will transfer your food to a different plate . He ask if that was better and I said yes and thank you so much for doing that .
So I have to say 10 out of 10 for Nick for doing that for us . I hope this caught one of the managers attention because he deserves something for what he did . Overall service was great ! 🫠“

“Passed by a few times and decided to try this place out. Got the endless fish and chips and had 2 servings of the fish and about to have a third but I would sleep all day at work tomorrow and the boss would kill me lol.

Staff were wonderful, engaging and attentive. Food was tasty, filling and fresh. Almost done me grocery shopping while there when I saw the fresh loaves of bread and muffins on sale.

It really has a little of everything but everything I saw and tried was amazing.“

“I went into Bob Evans this evening on Sternberg road in Muskegon Michigan and I had the most amazing dinner. the Southwest avocado omelette is delicious never had anything like it. pancakes or fresh and a point per usual there must be an amazing cook in the kitchen. my server was attentive and always had my drink refilled. I will definitely be coming back. the highlight of the evening was the hostess she was quite pleasant and had a great sense of humor. the hostess was definitely a hard worker she never quit moving. Bob Evans is grade A“
