Food was good. Got the sampler platter appetizer, I got the Ruben my daughter got the turkey club, my other daughter the mac n cheese. Food was pretty good service was a bit lacking. Had to ask for refills, ask to order appetizer, ask for ketchup and ranch for the appetizer platter, ask for plates for the appetizer. The turkey and mash were exactly as I expected/hoped for. Not fancy just what it should be.The service was much better thani usually get. Greta was attentive and very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend this place for a good meal and great service.

Russ' has a very drab interior. With dark wood veneer paneling and dark wall colorings, it gives soviet commissary vibes. The food is even portioned cafeteria style in tiny dishes.. My waitress was nice but young and inexperienced.I had to walk HER through the menu so she knew what side options were available for my meal. The prices were reasonable, however.
