Russ' has a very drab interior. With dark wood veneer paneling and dark wall colorings, it gives soviet commissary vibes. The food is even portioned cafeteria style in tiny dishes.. My waitress was nice but young and inexperienced.I had to walk HER through the menu so she knew what side options were available for my meal. The prices were reasonable, however.

I found something gross in my salad, a small black thing with like small hairs sticking out of it. They didn't know what it was but offered me a free dessert. They also removed the charge for my salad.

Food was good. Got the sampler platter appetizer, I got the Ruben my daughter got the turkey club, my other daughter the mac n cheese. Food was pretty good service was a bit lacking. Had to ask for refills, ask to order appetizer, ask for ketchup and ranch for the appetizer platter, ask for plates for the appetizer. Everyone has their off days, server was nice, but just not very attentive. The drink for the kids meals cost almost as much as the kids meal itself. Drink $3.50, kids meal $4.00. next time waters all around.Kid-friendliness: Crayons and coloring picture menu contest for the win.

The turkey and mash were exactly as I expected/hoped for. Not fancy just what it should be.The service was much better thani usually get. Greta was attentive and very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend this place for a good meal and great service.

I had a minor issue with a carryout order recently and sent them email feedback. They called me the next day and were very apologetic and offered to make the same thing for me on the house. I had the mozzarella crunch burger, which is a 1/3 pound beef patty with mozzarella sticks and onion rings with a hickory bbq sauce on a fresh soft bun. It was one of the best burgers I've had in a LONG time. Thanks to Jesse, Todd and the rest of the crew for a great experience.
First time eating here for the veterans day meal. I enjoyed the breakfast and the great service. Will come back again.

Food was good when I finally received what I ordered. When I got to checkout, the bill was wrong but the cashier fixed it. I think the waitress may have been new or trying to do to many things. I will return as it is only the first less than great visit I have ever had there.

I called for a take out meal. Waited forever. Not enough gravy on potatoes, dry meatloaf and no butter for the roll. Wont do that again , disappointed ?
