I will never ever go to the Norton Street McDonald's my grandsons and I did a order for the first time today through doordash I had a Time of 11:45 for my order to be delivered. so at 11:30 I had no updates so I went into my email and I tracked my order and it told me that my Dasher was sitting at McDonald's waiting for my order well 12:30 came and I still had no order so I called the store talk to the manager asked her about my order and that I never received it she proceeded...read full review

Although the day shift staff may seem cold, the 2nd shift workers are more attentive and caring towards customers. Overall, McDonald's is a great addition to the community, helping to bring a positive reputation to the area, but it could improve its cleanliness and service consistency.
