I will never ever go to the Norton Street McDonald's my grandsons and I did a order for the first time today through doordash I had a Time of 11:45 for my order to be delivered. so at 11:30 I had no updates so I went into my email and I tracked my order and it told me that my Dasher was sitting at McDonald's waiting for my order well 12:30 came and I still had no order so I called the store talk to the manager asked her about my order and that I never received it she proceeded...read full review
When I arrived with my granddaughter, about 7:30 pm this past Thursday, there were 2 or 3 employees outside the door smoking. YUCK. We went inside to order and the heavier set lady that took our order was not friendly at all. This McDonalds doesn't have the fountain drinks where you can get your own, so no free refills unless you want to try and wait for someone to acknowledge you at the counter. Although the day shift staff may seem cold, the 2nd shift workers are more attentive and caring towards customers.
