*** update my daughter has been sobbing sick to her stomach, vomitting and we have all gotten very sick ***

Me and my daughters rode our bikes here. I’m writing this from the toilet as we all have horrible food poisoning. First of all, the women were sooooooo rude and made us uncomfortable. I ordered Mac and cheese after we ate because my daughter was still hungry I went to the bathroom after I ordered since the first time I ordered they forgot about the meal. So I thought it would take some time, when I came out literally 4 ladies in their 50s all standing there gossiping and all of them at once “YOU ORDERED MAC AND CHEESE AND DIDNT GET IT” I’m like I just ordered it 5 mins ago and they’re all handing it to us super awkwardly… so then they whispered something and I called them out and said what did you say? Of course they wouldn’t tell me..my daughter said they asked if we were going to Chelsea morris… we looked up what that is and it’s a doctors office…. now after that all 3 of us are super sick. I am shocked these women even have jobs. Weirdest customer service experience ever. Sick!!

This place robbed me of my Tony Tony Chopper cupcake in my one piece meal. Not only did they disgrace Chopper, the food was burnt as can be; I was basically eating charcoal. The staff were rude and did not know how to order a simple combo.

Their food is always good. The people are always helpful. One time when someone messed up my order they took care of me, which I appreciated. They always do me right!

Had such a pleasant meal here tonight! Jennifer was such a sweetheart and made me and my wife laugh so much 😂 and Landon was right along with her helping constantly! The only detraction being that it was waaayy too hot in there.

There's a difference in the quality of food compared to other locations. They rush you over the intercom, and they are extremely rude, and there's lots of attitudes floating in the building. It's fast food and it's a job I get it might not be your ideal job but you chose it. So if you don't like your job then go to work find another job. People don't ask for your attitude so leave it at the door.

I go out of my way to come to this location bc I like the people who work here. Very people oriented, friendly staff. Helpful if you have a question. And the food is always fresh!!! Courtney is amazing.. very hard worker!!

Not a fan of the place people there are rude the place looks like they don't clean it they are still rude I did an online ordered got the food they kept the money I am calling the better business and I am getting a hold of the news
