Customer service is trash. I will never go back to this location. The one one apple is way better. Don't go to this one.

My food was wrong !! I always expect a little wait due to chicken sandwich being fresh made. But when you wait and person at drive up is rude and your order is wrong again. I won't be going to this Popeyes again. Apple Ave is where I'll go if want Popeyes!

Since they changed ownership or management everything about the restaurant on Norton in Muskegon Michigan is ? the food is always hot and fresh and I will recommend that strore

Man...the thing is the staff is very friendly always. The manger, I believe, shorter white lady with blonde hair, is very nice and personable. But it definitely takes forever to get your food. I order ahead and still have to wait over 20 mins all the time.

I was feeling bad the day I went in my health ..but the manager that was working put a smile ? on my face that Day it was a blessing to have that feeling of that some one do care about it's customers ..love the place

Came 2hrs before closing and there was a 20 minute wait on chicken so I had to sit in a dark parking lot for 20+ minutes maybe longer before someone brought food out it was me and another car waiting

The order was correct, and the food was fresh and hot.
The service seemed disorganized and in survival mode. There weren't many drive- thru customers-three cars in the half hour I was parked. They were all parked. Extremely slow by most standards.
The staff was cordial but seemed stressed by whatever their issues are and detracted from the experience.-I actually felt sorry for patronizing this place for the employees' sake.
I was parked without being given my drink, then was asked if I had it when my food was brought. More waiting and less production out of the employee.
Maybe I'll try walk-in next time.

This was my first time ordering from here and it will be my last !!! Let's start at menu, here I thought "omg" this sounds and looks amazing so I ordered the chicken wings ,fries,Cole slaw, and 2 of their awful tasting pineapple lemonade slushy and omfg I almost puked they were horrible and i wasn't happy with my meal so i contacted them and have been really nice n polite about it and i still havent gotten a "REPLY" a "SORRY" we messed up your MEAL or "REFUND"i haven't got a " NOTHING "from them like " REALLY " !! SO WITH THAT BEING SAID I RATE THEM A NEVER WILL EAT HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! .......sorry I'm done now I feel better thank you POPEYES Louisiana chicken place !

Food was fresh, customer service was great! Noa was SO patient, sweet and friendly. She even gave my 10 year old son a little sample of one of the sauces, when he couldn’t decide which one to get. He wants me to add that “she even warned us that the fries were hot.” Thanks, Noa! ?

Came in shortly before close. We were at Michigan's Adventure all day and were starving. I used to work in restaurants so I felt really bad about this. I expected to get told I had to order to-go. Nope, they were very welcoming. They even only cleaned half of the lobby so that people could eat in. My kids are very shy, but they made them feel welcome and happy. Both kids were so happy that the workers were so nice. Even to the point where my very shy daughter yelled thank you as we left. This was 8/1/24 at about 8:30. Those employees deserve the world. Thanks guys
