The course is well maintained. Light fescue and trees line the generous fairways. Most of the undulating greens are well bunkered. They roll true, albeit slower than normal. The pro shop and clubhouse are nice and the staff friendly. We took a large group (60 players) and the management accommodated us beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to play Oak Crest again.

I played Oak Crest Golf Club in the fall of 2017 and was very pleased with the staff and the condition of the course. It was a beautiful fall day and the course was busy but it took us less then 4 hours to play. The course was a nice Northern Michigan course with some short par 5's that really suited my game. We then when into the bar and had a few cold beverages - I was shocked to see how low the price was compared to my own golf course in lower Wisconsin. Overall it was an awesome day. Will be back for sure.

Had nice theaters, but staff was not too friendly and the doors were locked when the last movie started. Be sure to show up early.
