11/11 Crispy Chicken & Burgers - Novi

This place sucks their roseville location is closed permanently I guess but they still took my money online, they won't respond to my messages. No wonder why their locations get shut down left and right

My Mom placed a large order of chicken tenders from here for my nieces grad party. My Mom has a hard time getting around so she called to see if they would be able to load them for her. The team there was over the top nice to her and even called her the day of to see if she would rather they deliver them. The chicken tenders were HUGE! She ordered way more than we needed so I took the extras to my lake and everyone who had them thought they were AMAZING! We made sure everyone knew where we got them. We will definitely be back and so will our friends and family ❤️

The food is Sooooo amazing! Best mozz sticks we have ever had and the dipping ranch is chef's kiss! The Robert chicken sandwich is huge and really really good! Perfect amount of kick! Guy who took our order was super friendly and cooked our stuff up fresh! Will definitely be back when we are this side of town!

We were excited to try a new place for Mother’s Day lunch. Unfortunately, we all took a few bites of our food and decided it didn’t taste right. We tossed it all in the trash. Two out of three of us got sick for the rest of the day.

My husband's mushroom swiss burger had no mushrooms on it. The tacos used to be delishous when the shells were crispy. Now they are just soft tacos. Not a fan. Will probably be a while before we return.

The Best. 💯 Clean restaurant with excellent quality food. 11/11 is a must try.

First time visiting. The food is amazing! We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked in the door and the restaurant is clean and cozy. The chicken tenders are huge and the waffle fries are fabulous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!!

I went in today to this location and the woman who rang up my order charged me a lot more than the prices listed on the menu on the wall. I asked oh it’s not the price as advertised . She said our prices went up. There was no sign that I saw that said that. You can’t advertise prices that are not current . The menu is huge and lit up on the wall with the prices. I did not proceed with the order and left. This place is getting one start. You don’t tho that. That’s bad business.

Food was good, barbecue sandwich had a little too much going on but was still tasty and enjoyable. The guy working the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly and encouraged questions. Also pretty fairly priced.

The people working here are awesome and it's a pretty cool interior. The food was great as well, was cooked fresh and tasted awesome. I wasn't sure about them so this was my first time but turned out great!

This was by FAR the best chicken I have ever had in my life. I got the spicy tenders with BBQ sauce. Trust, it’s incredible.
