Auntie Anne's pretzels are a staple for a reason! I've been a fan since I was a kid, and their pretzels are still just as delicious today.
The best part about Auntie Anne's is their fresh-baked pretzels. They're soft, chewy, and perfectly salted. I love the classic pretzel, but they also have a variety of other flavors to choose from, like cinnamon sugar, jalapeno cheddar, and even pepperoni.
I also appreciate that Auntie Anne's offers a variety of dipping sauces. My personal favorite is the cheese sauce, but they also have mustard, marinara, and even a sweet and spicy sauce.
The staff at Auntie Anne's is always friendly and helpful. They're always happy to answer any questions I have about the menu or help me choose the perfect pretzel.
Overall, I highly recommend Auntie Anne's pretzels. They're a great snack or meal, and they're always a crowd-pleaser.
I would give Auntie Anne's 5 out of 5 stars.
This location is near the kid's play area. Makes it super easy to let my kids hang out will I grab a snack.

I have to say this location has the most honest and best employees! My son went to pick up his fiancé‘s engagement ring, and when he stopped to pick up some pretzels, forgot his bag could not remember where he forgot it because he had made so many stops that day that when he went to backtrack the following day, he walked up to the counter, and they said here’s your bag!! It’s so wonderful to know they are good people still out there. I’ll be going to aunt Annie’s because of your honesty (and awesome pretzels). I think you should too!! Betsy

I like the original salty pretzel. But very bad service they took 20 minutes just to make the order for us!!! Had to wait again! All the employees work so slow and having attitude

Horrible service. Looked at me dumbly when I asked how long of a wait the pretzels would be. He said he didn’t know with a tone and wasn’t responding and since I didn’t feel like waiting for a response I walked off and he laughed at me while walking away.

Disrespectful, service is horrible and when we got their the worker was sitting down on his phone with no care at all, the worker yelled at us when we walked in to get something’s and was not happy at all, the worker was using some disrespectful words when he was taking to us

Needs better management, the one African American manager is horrible. Should not be managing at all. I had a issue with the menu that stated combos come with side of cheese and drink , she tells me no it doesn’t even though it says it clear as day. I insisted that it was misleading, she mumbles yah yah yah. I have really grown up.

Worst attitudes of anyone I’ve ever seen in customer service. Looking at other reviews I see I’m not the first. They quite literally pick fights with customers. Go to any other location because I guarantee the service cannot possibly be worse than this place.
