I gotta waffle cone and it was stale. I got another waffle cone Because I told them that that one was still and the other one that they gave me was stale.. I am never going there again

Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, ample spots for differently abled persons, bathrooms had ample room, sturdy rails and low enough sinks.

Great service. Warm and inviting atmosphere. The ice cream was top notch with sizeable scoops. Very friendly and clean environment. Enjoyed it so much, though ate more than I should and still has extra for later.

Never again. We went here 3 times hoping that it would be better. The first time they closed much earlier than the posted time and potential customers had to find out by going seeing the door locked. I knocked and asked were they open and someone came and said that they decided yo close early. Lol. My gas wasted. Second time the workers didn’t seem to know about the ice cream I mentioned and kept going to back. Third time the ice cream didn’t look that great. I saw some with what looked like snow in the container. I called back and said to the person who waited on me : do you see all that ice in there with the ,butter pecan and it looks like snow. He apologized and said he will clean it up and I can come back and get a free scoop. Ask for anyone and tell them about my call. Yeah. Nope. I gave this place 3 tries. It is nothing like another Baskin - Robbins I found. They have donuts but I’m not willing to get that based on the unclean looking ice cream freezers. Freezer burned ice cream yuck.

I Walked In For Some Supposedly Fresh Donuts. They Had Hardly Any Selection So I Settled On Some Chocolate Donut Holes. They Were Stale And Not Fresh. When I Told The Manager He Said Call Corporate Offices. Unbelievable That The Manager Was That Rude. I Don’t Recommend. Will Never Be Back.
