Just left! Stood there with my 3 children for over 5 minutes waiting to be serviced. No one even acknowledged us. We waited as to staff stood to the right talking amongst each other.

I ordered a custom cake 4 days ahead of the pickup date. I left a half hour early to get this cake so I wouldn’t be home late. When I got there, they did not have it ready, they tried to give me other people’s custom cakes or to take one of the pre made ones on the floor. At this point, all I wanted my money back as they said soonest it could be ready was 10-11pm that night or the next day. Throughout all of this they asked me at least 10 times to see my order, when it was placed and what kind of cake it was for.
I waited over 20 minutes for them to try and figure this out and to get my refund, 10 minutes for the manager to even get there and when he did; he apologized for the “miscommunication” and offered me a free scoop of ice cream as consolidation… I didn’t get home until 20 before 6pm, with no birthday cake for my boyfriend, defeated and after a very long day at work.
We are never ordering/purchasing anything from this location again, not even the Dunkin’ Donuts attached to it, thanks for nothing.

My girlfriend ordered me a cake for birthday. She went to pick it up after work and guess what? No cake. On top of that they waste 20 minutes of her time to figure out there is no cake and another 10 minutes wasted to get a refund. Thanks for a fantastic birthday baskin Robbin’s! I highly recommend finding a different ice cream joint. Customer serve is poor. No greeting, no attention to detail. The man put on my ice cream lid. The ice cream pooled over making a mess and he just left it. We live in too nice of a city for slow and inattentive service . They simply don’t care.

They are extremely busy in the morning at this location and do not indicate who's orders is who's, just calling out what it is, so if someone has the same order as another person it might get nabbed.

Paid over $11 for a large vanilla malt with chocolate syrup. There were only 2 employees working the very busy front counter on July 3rd at 7:30pm. My malt barely had any malt powder inside. Total waste of $11 It's also less expensive at other Baskin locations. $11 is way too much for a malt with so little powder.
I went to get prepackaged ice cream. Two people were ahead of me were undecided about what they wanted, so I asked if they minded if I went ahead to pay. They said yes. I was completely ignored. Both the man in the store and the lady behind the counter ignored me and then even had some lady get in front of me to pay for something.. then ignored again. The two people decided on what they wanted so I told them to please go ahead of me. She didn’t say much to them and when she rung up my purchase, she hardly said two words to me and then just walked away after I put my card in the machine and didn’t come back. I had no idea what was going on, or if the transaction was complete, but left. It was by far the most odd and rude experience ever.

Just for me to get 2 large strawberry banana smoothies with vanilla ice cream in it with whip cream on top, you guys are charging $32.44. That is a huge rip off and highway robbery. I'm glad I go to the one near my home in Southgate, MI. All they charge me is $21.00 for 2 large smoothies exactly the way I ask it to be done. You guys are seriously over-charging.

Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream... Kids of all ages will love it.
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, ample spots for differently abled persons, bathrooms had ample room, sturdy rails and low enough sinks.
