Food wasn't tasty today. I sat in the bar area.. I asked for extra seasoning. When delivered the food was bland. I have done carry out in the past that tasted better . My server took it back to correct it. It came back salty...a $150 bill.... my most disappointing time at this establishment

Visited the place during lunch time, made reservations. Wait was about half an hour after the scheduled time. The food was just ok I got steak and shrimp combo. Shrimps were good steak just ok, the salad I have to say was delicious. We waited long time to get a drink before the meal. The ambiance very plain and a bit dirty. I used to love coming over there with my kids but the place have not been updated in a long time. The people were very nice

This was by far the worst visit I've ever had to Benihana. First, I had a 6:15 reservation and had to ask several times to be seated which happened around 7:15. Then, once we were seated, there was NO HEAT in the building! They had these heaters in the lobby I think to give the illusion that it was this temperature throughout the restaurant. But that was absolutely not the case. Our waitress MeikMeik was nice she was the ONLY reason we didn't walk out. They messed our bill up and after about 3 attempts to get it right, it was still wrong. I just paid it because my kids were freezing and we were just ready to leave. They should have closed until they fixed the issues because this was the worst experience I have ever had for the amount of money I spent at this establishment.

Lately, meaning this month, been to Benihana 2 times, and there are not enough staff and it is very unorganized with long wait times. The first of the year I had a horrible experience with a server. This time, the restaurant was freezing all over. My soup was cold because the waiter had to tend to his dripping wound and I didn't get a portion of my meal until the end. I won't be there again for a while. I don't know why I ate with my fur coat on. I saw a male at the table eating his food with his coat on before we were served, I should have left then. I woke up with a sore throat. Who pays over $100 to eat in the cold. Please Benihana, do better with the servers and the heat on a cold evening!

Our cook did not entertain, and overcooked the meats... and the shrimp was burnt. He did not give shrimp to each person at the table. There wasn't any rainbow ice cream available. Amar was the cook.

The food and staff were amazing. The bathrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper in the holders. It was as if they had not been cleaned in a while.
Great service, great food, never disappointed. We sit in the dining room and always have a pleasant time.

We had a reservation at 5:45 and were seated quickly. Our server, Brandon, delivered forks and took our drink order. Our drinks and the soups and salads came, and then it was more than an hour before our chef, Camara, arrived after Brandon mentioned that he didn't know what was taking so long. He was personable enough but no more than that. It definitely wasn't the “show” we expected based on previous experiences at Benihana and other teppanyaki restaurants. The food was good. The kids had a good time. It wasn't terrible, but we won't return. For $500, it should have been a much better experience.

Overall we had a good experience, we had a 6 pm reservation and we didn't get sat until after 6:30 pm, however the server we had did a good job and we had the best chef we've had in the last 3 visits. His name was Ben. He was entertaining and cooked our meat exactly as we wanted. Will definitely request him next time we go!

Meal was outstanding, chef was fun and great. Waitress was good, would have been excellent except, asked for more tea and we were almost done with dinner before it came and it was cold.

It was a great experience, the only thing is they made us wait for almost a hour when I made the reservation for 8pm two weeks before going and for them to have us wait for close to a hour was upsetting. The manager did give us free appetizers due to the miscommunication. They forgot about our table. But other than that the food was amazing and we had a great time once things got situated.
