First time here. Placed an order for done in and received everything in plastic and paper products. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad but received a plastic cut with three pieces of chicken which taste like rubber. My salad came in a clear container and received a dixie paper plate . The slice of pizza was fresh and hot. The water had a bitter taste to it. No one checked on the filter when reported. The restaurant was empty and did not feel very inviting. A younger staff of women working on this day.

Extremely rude person answered phone continued to be rude when I picked up pizza. Will be my last trip here. Actually walked away when I asked if she was having a bad day. I said and you can tell. She walked away and stated with hand and back to me I am done with this! Wow. Who treats customers this way?

I usually pick up and should have known better. Their quality is usually better and this was the first time ordering a margarita pizza. The pizza showed up late, cold and nothing like the picture on their website. The basil was tasteless so we should have ordered a cheese pizza for less.

Great service, excellent pizza! We ordered the Big Beni for our office Friday lunch and it was a BIG hit! The cheesy bread is also wonderful as well as the RANCH!

I ordered a carryout. The young lady, I think her name was Stella, was very nice on the phone, and when I came in, she was even nicer and very accommodating when I needed silverware and plates to go. Whoever trained her did a great job and taught her manners.

The staff is always nice and orders are usually ready as promised. You are too nice of a place to have an exposed area of junk where your old dining area used to be. In public view. The remodel seems to have been going on for years.

The nicest employees ever . I called the wrong Benito’s because Google directed me to this location. I called back to inform I called the wrong location (45 miles one way ) I apologized and canceled the order. The employee was so sweet he was kind. Wish i lived closer this would be our family location just because he was so nice and not rude .
