They have 2 claw machines, very strong and easy to win from! As for the food: it's absolutely delicious, I just wish the service was better. 3 out of 4 times it took over 30 minutes for the food.

Went here for the breakfast buffet, the waitress was great but she seemed to be the only one for the entire restaurant so service was slow. All the food in the buffet besides the syrup was cold and the manager came up to ask us how everything was but turned away before hearing our response

We came there to enjoy some food and the business meeting and we were told that we had to leave in one hour at 1 p.m. in the afternoon because corporate was coming and they were closing. Now I see why big boys are losing their popularity.?

It was a snowy evening, and it wasn't very busy but, the service was slow, they ran out of gravy for the southern fried steak, and, they certainly didn't know how to make a grilled cheese sandwich ( it was terrible). The waitresses were constantly apologizing for things, but the wait staff were very sweet and attentive.

Food was very much on point tonight. Our waitress Sharnice was very good and extremely attentive. Also very friendly. We had an entree with Salad bar and all the soups looked fresh and of the two I tried they were delicious. Also the potato salad was the best I’ve ever had off a salad bar. We will definitely be back!

This is a really nicely decorated and clean restaurant. The service and food are great and also fast! My only request would be that you ask your dining guests if they want straws before just laying them down automatically. Then you just have to throw them away, wasting your money and making more plastic trash.

The slogan is "get your big boy"....I say "get something else". My mother in law had to reorder 5 times because the kitchen "ran out". Took over 20 minutes for our waitress to even take a drink order and then she was kind of standoffish when she came. Food was mediocre at best. I highly recommend you go elsewhere!

Very bad experience. I do not recommend visiting this establishment. It appeared dirty. The staff was too busy chatting with each other to give quality attention to customers. Everything we ordered arrived to the table barely even warn. I will not be going back.

By far the absolute worst experience we have ever had eating out! Went to order first found out they were out of pepsi...no prob. Over an hour wait for eggs Benedict and a burger. Eggs Benedict order not runny...came very runny. Burger ordered plain with fries. Had to ask about food after nearly an hour wait. Came with everything on it and was told the ran out of fries and so they made the decision to substitute onion rings. Told our server not to bother replacing. Eggs inedible told another server she told mgr they wiped the meal. While sitting there another server told a new customer they were out of pasta, ff, pies, and several other items! Mgr never came to our table . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Ifbthisvis indicative of the way Big boys is going they won't be around much longer.

What a horrible dining experience for my wife and I. My wife asked for lemonade and were told they were out of both lemonade and iced tea. I ordered the super big boy and fries only to be told that they were out of those too. Did I forget to mention that they had no creamer for the coffee and were given milk instead? It just seems like they were ready to.close the doors and not reopen after tonight.
