The service was good, the atmosphere was nice. The unfortunate part is the whole restaurant smaller like steak to where we most likely smelled like steak the rest of the evening. We got the Gus and chips and the burger and they were ok. It definitely seemed like steak was their focus so give that a try for sure. I would give it another try

Had priority seating at 7:30. Got seated at 8:45. Many empty tables while waiting. Soup was room temperature and served in a bowl with a big chip and cracked. , chicken tenders were in fryer way too long, never got Cole slaw that came with meal. Took forever to get ranch dip that also was supposed to come with meal. Shrimp had no taste. The hog platter was just ok. Grandson loved the flavored lemonade, pretzels were really good. Steaks were delicious, but I ordered mine for it to be cooked and they brought the raw meat to table by mistake. Waitress was friendly but service was not good. Took 3 hrs to eat supper, will not be back, worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant.

Horrible start to finish. Waitress was great but overwhelmed & didn't receive any help form her co-workers. Had a lunch party that was booked 2 weeks in advance. Manager set up our tables against the windows with the sun beating on us. They had no shades or curtains, I'm still in shock. Complained multiple times to the waitress. It took over an hour & a half to get our food, & the place was completely empty of customers. The manager never came to our table & never talked to us. We would have walked out but we felt bad for the Waitress. They need new management & shades for the windows. They didn't have any curtains or shades for any of the windows in the whole restaurant. Unreal..........

Food was great! Steak and shrimp was as expected for the price. The only thing that really bugs me about this restaurant is the greasy floor. You have to be really careful if you get up to go to restroom or while coming or going. There should be blackout 15 minute periods through the day to keep up with the dining rooms collection of smoke and grease on the floor. Food and staff were great, but that floor.⚠️

Horrible experience waited over a hour and half for our raw steaks to be delivered the sides were all cold the waitress. Was horrible took all the drink cups to refill did not return for 30 minutes after then she brought the drinks finally after a third request so the dinner was there with nothing to drink absolutely will never return to any black rock after this
Went and sat at the bar and didn't get acknowledged for about 5 minutes. Food was pretty decent and the drinks were good.The only thing was not be acknowledged when it wasn't too busy

We went to have proper steak ! And Blackrock provided a wonderful service , and food was on point , it was moday night football time . Now bear in mind I am not from America I will say this as we were already over 6 people so the 20% was already charged on the bill for tipping . Which confused us as the payment slip still asked for you to tip. But you automatique tip over a table of 6 so you gota watch for this .. tipping has gone a bit wild in america lately. APART FROM THIS DEFINATLY RECOMMANDÉ BLACK ROCK
