The experience was dampened by the level of noise in the closed off outdoor garage. Way too many loud people I couldn't think. No help from staff on how to cook your own ribeye. The BBQ sauce on the ribs was too much, too sweet and all over the place. No extra plates or napkins. I would say this was a below adverage experience with marginal food. The Mac n cheese was ice cold.

I had steak, cream corn, asparagus, lobster bisque, the lobster bisque had croutons in it instead of crab so that was extra strange. I only ate the medium well steak, asparagus and lobster bisque and it made me extra sick in 15minutes. My body was rejecting whatever they gave me. I called to let them know and they did nothing, but tell me they will monitor it.... WOOOOW HOW DO YOU DO THAT!!! WHEN ITS A LAWSUIT!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I noticed there are lots of not so pleasant review about the service lately but luckily I have a very happy experience! My waiter Jama was beyond great! He was attentive and friendly. Food came on time, fresh and hot. Maybe I was lucky every time I visit BR.
