I haven't had Buddy's since the pandemic. The service was almost immediate. Order was taken, food came out promptly. Phil, the M.O.D. checked on us a few times. He offered us cheesecake for a survey. Phil and his team were really kind and gracious. I'll be returning.

TERRIBLE experience with wait staff and manager CHELSEA @ Buddy's in Novi!!! I presented a card for a free small pizza (previous problem at another store months ago), waiter said it was expired and would not accept it. I asked to speak with manager, and he asked if I still wanted the salad and pizza I ordered. I said Yes, yes, just put the order in ... Had a conversation with manager who would not honor the card, told me to take it back to the store where I had the problem. (OK, I get it she wanted to go by the book, ... wasn't going to argue with her) 10 min later (total time now is about 45 min) the waiter comes back and asks again if I still wanted the Pizza and salad?? I said, I told to put the order in ... CHELSEA comes back and indicates she's backing up the server and he won't be continuing as my server. I said fine, and told her (nicely), I was going to take the whole matter up with Corporate ... Then she tells me I'm threatening her, and tells me to leave the restaurant ... Can you believe that??? Wasn't disrespectful or rude ... just making a point ...

I ordered o line & there was a glitch where my card was charged, but the order didn’t go thru on Buddy’s end. I thought I was gonna be screwed & have to take it up with my card company or wait & see if the charge fell off, but Buddy’s did right by me and made the pizza for me I had ordered online

Had a pizza & salad carry out from the Novi location around lunchtime today (2/17/25) and the pizza was SO GOOD! I mean, it’s always great, but today it tasted unusually scrumptious! Thanks, Buddy’s.

Our family of 9 were seated promptly at noon last Sunday. Our waiter was excellent. Food was good & we all seemed to be satisfied with our choices.

We ordered an antipasto salad and large deep dish. The salad was very plain, just lettuce some cheese and deli meat. The pizza tasted bland. What happened to Buddies?
